This Modern Tropical Home with HEATED pool is just 15 minutes to Lido Key Beach and 7 minutes to Downtown Sarasota!! Tastefully decorated throughout the home, you feel like you are on a tropical vacation the minute you step inside. Plenty of things to do to entertain yourself! Go take a dip in the pool, or lounge and get a tan poolside. OR, relax under the covered patio and read a book while you enjoy the view. The outdoor shower is so convenient, especially for those sandy beach days! If you are ready for a break from the great outdoors, head inside for a game of pool, choose a board game to play with the family, or build a puzzle by the fireplace. Watch TV in the cozy living room on our big screen, smart TV that is equipped with all the streaming services. When you have worked up an appetite from your long day of relaxing, cook up a storm in our fully stocked, renovated gourmet kitchen. Turn in for the night in any one of the brand new, super plush, memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a TV in the bedroom, walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom that features a walk in shower. The remaining two bedrooms both offer 2 full size beds. An on-site laundry room with laundry machine and dryer are also available for your use free of charge.
We also offer beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, life vests, and a cooler for your use at the beach! Pack light- we have everything you need for a memorable, relaxing vacation!

We had a fantastic stay!! The house was absolutely perfect for our group and in a wonderful location to different restaurants, shops, and the beach! We also loved relaxing at the house by the backyard pool. The backyard area was so charming and perfect for relaxation. The communication was really fast and very accommodating to any of our needs. I highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed here for my sons wedding at Powel Crosley Estate. Very nice.

Very good experience. I would invest in new absorbent towels and newer blankets. Everything else was great!

Great place with friends!

We stayed for a friend’s wedding, and it was perfect for a group of us who weren’t staying in the hotel block. I will say it was a little far from where we needed to be and Ubers/Lyfts did take awhile to arrive, so plan accordingly. Aside from that, we did love the pool and felt the place was the perfect size for our group. It was great hanging out there and relaxing when we weren’t at wedding events. The beds were all super comfortable with extra blankets and fans, which I appreciated! Irina was also very communicative and even let us check in early. If we were to go back to Sarasota, I would definitely try and book again!

Great stay for snowbirds!

We had a lovely month at Tropic Villa! When we first arrived there were many items that were missing in the kitchen such as toaster , vegetable peeler, blender, etc. Irina was great and ordered them on Amazon for us . The house is roomy and close to downtown and many restaurants. The highlight of the house is the private backyard pool. Since the beach is a good 20 minutes away - we spent most of our time in the pool. Great house for the two of us and occasional overnight guests.

Simply Amazing!!!!

Tropic Villa exceed my expectations!!! The house is exactly as described. Neighborhood is safe , close to grocery store, pharmacy, downtown and the beach . The house is clean , spacious , kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need , even species , salt , sugar . I travel with my family to celebrate Father’s Day and my Mom birthday and we had the most wonderful time ever . The patio is like being in paradise that we spend the whole stay at it , we didn’t want to go out , lol. We will definitely return .

Great stay for our girls trip

This place is absolutely adorable both inside and out! It was a great fit for our girls’ trip, and the outdoor area might be even better than the photos- such a cute, fun setup.Inside, the house was overall well-equipped and comfortable for our group. One hiccup we encountered was that the listing originally showed five beds, but the host let me know about a week before our stay that one had to be removed due to city code regulations. While she did provide an air mattress (with sheets) to make up for it, there weren’t any extra blankets available in the house, which made things a bit tricky. I do wish we had been informed about the bed situation sooner, since it was a big factor in choosing this property.That said, the host was communicative, and the air mattress helped accommodate everyone in our group of 10. The outdoor shower was not operational during our stay, which wasn’t a huge issue but a small letdown.Overall, this is a great rental, especially for a slightly smaller group. We had a wonderful time and I would stay here again.

Nice home

Although the home is well kept and pet friendly, the front yard is all rock and the back yard is pool and shell. There is not one patch of grass on the property. This set up is not conducive for pets. The pool was a mess with tons of leaves and actually had socks at the bottom of the pool. Our stay here was not a pleasure/vacation stay so we had no plans to use the pool. I did notify the host about the pool and they sent someone out to clean it. Looking for a blanket as Sarasota was having a cold spell, opening the bi fold doors in the hall fell one me. My husband was somewhat able to fix it so it would stay. The master bedroom has an TV but no remote to turn it on. For the price we paid for 3 nights, I highly doubt we would rent this unit again. All in all our stay was fine.

Hidden Gem!

Moment you walk in, you feel like you are in a relaxed, take-it-easy state-of-mind! Place is very clean, crisp and open. Home flows very well with the living area flowing into the dining area and onto the open kitchen. The backyard is very serene and the pool is fantastic. Furnished very nicely with great linens. Also, you are so close to downtown Sarasota and also an easy drive to Lido Beach and St. Armand’s. We will definitely return!

Annual visit to Siesta Key!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! We had everything that we needed and communication with the owner was great! We were able to make memories with the family and enjoy the fantastic weather! We are already hoping that we can visit again soon and stay at this same place!
