About this property

Comfy private one bed/bath with views of the Beaver Creek ski resort.

A one bedroom with Queen memory foam/hybrid bed. Super comfortable. Living room has a queen sized murphy bed that folds up for more floor space when not being used.
Nice deck with French doors opening out with access to big yard. Please clean up after your pets. It is not my job to do so.

Full kitchen with stove/oven, cooking utensils, fridge and freezer, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. Flat screen TV with ROKU TV. WIFI is good.

Private reserved parking for ONE car. You will need a vehicle to stay here. An all wheel drive is required for winter visits. And snow is why you are here! Bus service is a 15 minute walk, without all your ski gear.
