Everything we need and more!Owner was responsive and helpful, house was comfortable, very clean and high quality. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Yakima!
Perfect for our adult kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the pool which was clean and well equiped with fliaties. We appreciated the salt water system of the pool.
We had a great girls weekend celebrating a friend's milestone birthday! The house was lovely, the kitchen was well-appointed for making meals, but the star of the show was definitely the outdoor area, where we spent most of our time when we weren't sleeping or wine tasting. The owner was responsive and helpful. It was an excellent experience all-around!
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard oasis complete with pool, hot tub, fire pit, tv and gas grill. The kitchen was very well appointed with every gadget you might need.
The house was beautifully appointed. The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing. Leslie was very responsive when we had to ask her a couple questions.
I just wish the added fees were a little lower.

Hi just fyi...I have no extra added fees. I believe that comes from vrbo.
We had 6 adults and two teens. The outdoor space around the pool was just beautiful. So relaxing. We were attending a wedding. So family members were flying in from different parts of the US. Our family greatly enjoyed the exterior space. We BBQ’ed, swam, and enjoyed conversing in the outdoor space. Really appreciated having this safe place to gather and relax while attending the wedding.
The home was warm, welcoming, easy to access, fun (pool/hot tub) and great for a group. Host was responsive and helpful. Home was clean, comfortable, and we'll equipped (there is no microwave - just an fyi). Requirements were minimal. Fees were high, but maintenance of the home and amenities is a thing you pay for.

So happy you all enjoyed yourselves! There is a microwave it is in cabinet.
My teenaged daughter and I spent 4 days here and had a wonderful time! The host was quick to respond and left helpful information. The house rules/check out were pretty standard for most of the Vrbo’s we’ve rented. The saltwater pool was amazing and we sure appreciated having towels & floaties to use. The home was really clean, with everything we needed (towels, kitchen items, etc) and the condition of the home was well maintained. The pricing with extra fees were pretty high and it felt like an air b&b with so many personal items in bedrooms and closets. Overall an excellent home & host!!

thank you so much!

We stayed a couple of days with the family for a HS honor choir. Comfortable house. Plenty of bed and bedrooms. The downstairs has a very low ceiling. Hit my head coming up the stairs when we first got there. (Not that tall at 5’10”)
We enjoyed the hot tub. Well equipped, had extra towels for the hot tub and blankets for the couch. Plenty of dishes. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to one of the main roads through the area.
Would consider staying again, especially if it was summer and we could enjoy the pool.
This house is the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in! It is beautifully furnished, everything seems built for function AND comfort, the fixtures and decor appear brand new or well kept, and just gorgeous. the pool was a great size and depth - about 8ft at its deepest and 3ft at its shallowest. Our only gripe was that there wasn’t a bathroom near the door to the pool. Not an actual problem, as we just dried off before going inside. The downstairs is noticeably cooler than the upstairs, but still remained very comfortable for all of us at night.
Leslie was very kind and answered all our questions and responded quickly. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise.
It was HOT the whole time we were there, like 90-99° a few of the days! The house has central cooling, so we enjoyed the outdoor pool and a comfortable house.
The neighborhood was quiet, too! Not many dogs barking, couldn’t hear much traffic sounds, despite being fairly close to a main arterial. Just an over-all lovely place!
The house including the kitchen were super tidy and the beds comfortable. The downstairs rooms were cool and quiet. A joy for those who chose those rooms. One of the unused rooms downstairs was a little echoey but I'm sure that will be taken care of as soon as it gets filled with the owners excellent taste of furniture. The closets contained a few clothing items from the owner but that didn't bother me as we were only there for the weekend. My husband just slid some items over to hang his shirts so they wouldn't wrinkle. We enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace pit/table both nights. It kept us plenty warm and we talked and laughed most of the evening. Overall we had a great weekend with great friends! and we wouldn't have had the camaraderie if we had chose a hotel. Very pleased with our choice of homes.
We'd like to come back to take advantage of the pool. it had a leak and could not be used. The owner did notify us ahead of time to give us the option of selecting another home. The firepit sealed the deal for us. All ends well.

Thank you Cathy!
I am really happy you all had a great time and for being understanding about the pool. There is more damage than I had anticipated.
Sincerely,
Leslie
My husband and I had a wonderful getaway here for our anniversary. Home is very clean, cozy and decorated really nicely! Had everything you would need and the pool was an added bonus! Hope to come back again!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Leslie is a great host. Great week to be there and enjoy the pool as the temperatures went up. We will come back again.
My husband and I chose this location due to the private pool and it is close to his sisters. We were celebrating our anniversary early but needed to be near his sisters home because his mother was terminally ill. While here she passed away and the owner was so gracious allowed us to extend our stay. We were able to have our kids come and stay with us to see family as they come and go. The home is lovely, cozy, and we felt at home. The kids played games downstairs, but the patio and pool were the highlight for everyone. There were fresh flowers, the towels, linens, kitchenware, everything is really nice and you can tell the owner really wants your stay to be special. We loved it here and it made a difficult week a happy week since we were so close and family could see each other. It was our private oasis and we highly recommend staying here.

Expect extra cleaning fee and deposit steal from extremely picky and greedy owner.
I would never imagine this kind of dispute could happen to my family (me, my husband, and two young kids). We stayed at Leslie’s house for two nights. We prepaid a huge amount cleaning fee for this 3000 sqft house, a refundable damage deposit, and property damage protection insurance on request from Leslie! Also vrbo service fee and tax... On our arrival, We did notice there was a paper lying on the table. But we did not pay attention to read the whole page: there were about a dozen very specific densely written requirements. We turned directly our eyes to the bottom line and saw the wifi password which we were looking for, then put the paper aside. During the stay, I and my husband didn't rest well due to the soft mattress and the noisy ventilation downstairs. Before we checked out, we did clean up the pool toys as we used to, but we ignore the big ones. I never know we should strip the bed so we did not do that. Half an hour after the check-out, we received the message from the host saying that she was very unhappy with us and asked us to pay an extra cleaning fee. She said with a commanding tone that, we disobeyed her rules in leaving beds unstriped, toys uncleaned up, used towels failed to be put downstairs. She said she could claim this either from my returnable damage deposit or gave me an additional payment link (outside of Vrbo) to pay for it. (It makes me feel she is a professional in stealing money from her guests.) We refused her request. First, we did not leave her extra cleaning job. An unstriped bed, unpicked-up toys, un cleaned-up towels would not result in tremendous cleaning fees. Her house had been booked on the same day of our check-out. That's to say, she cleaned up the house in using four hours for most. (The check out time is 12 pm, the check-in time is 4 pm. ) Four hours cleaning would not cost the amount she asked. I asked the host before the reservation why she asks for this much cleaning fee? She answered as she was asked by the housekeeper that amount of money. (But I thought she cleaned her house by herself.) We did zero damage to her house. I could not tolerate her to deduct the extra cleaning fee from the deposit money. If there is damage, why she did not use the prepurchased property damage insurance? Vrbo asked the owner to provide the proof for extra cleaning fee,but she was unable to make it. Please be very careful with this picky and greedy owner!

vrbo agreed with me after they were sent pics of how you left my home. You trashed my home!
If anyone would like to see the pics and the condition of my home please feel free to reach out. vrbo and the property damage company could not believe the condition that is why they agreed to deduct the extra cleaning fee.
So do not be telling lies.
Had a wonderful time. The property exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished. Can’t wait to go back. The home owner was a pleasure to deal with.
