Bathrooms:

There's a half bath on the main level, a hallway bathroom upstairs, plus a master-bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms, also upstairs.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms:

1). Moonshadow Room: This is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a king sized bed facing the front side of the house. The room has cable TV/DVD player for relaxing with your best friend.

2). Sunrise Room: This room has a Queen bed and gets the best sunrises! Cable TV/DVD player in this room also.

3). Midnight Rendezvous Room: This bedroom contains a bunk bed. The double/full on the bottom can sleep two, and there's a twin bed on the top. Contains a shelf with books, toys, and games.

Downstairs in the game room, there is a bunk bed with twin sized mattresses on top and bottom.

The house can sleep 9 guests in beds, and there are a couple of air mattresses and sleeping mats in case you have a couple more people in your group who are comfortable not being in a "real" bed.

RULES and NOTES: No loud partying. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
