Haus mit Geschichte in wunderbarer Gegend

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Geschichte! Hervorragender Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die sofort bei allen Fragen und Problemen halfen! Check-in sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das war sehr sympathisch!! Traumhafter, sehr gepflegter Garten, da steckt so viel Arbeit und Liebe drin, das sieht und merkt man! Eine sehr schöne Umgebung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer, hervorragend für Jogging!! Zum Strand/in die Stadt nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Absolut super, sehr zu empfehlen, Viana ist traumhaft!! Muito obrigado por tudo, Diana & Carlos

Casa muy agradable y con excelente ubicación

La casa está en un lugar muy agradable para pasear al lado del mar. El jardín está muy bien cuidado y es muy amplio. La casa también es amplia y tanto los baños como la cocina están reformados.

Nous avons passé nos vacances en famille dans cette maison centenaire et très bien aménagée. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Carlos et Luzia. La région de Viana est un endroit extraordinaire où les traditions sont parfaitement conservées et où nous avons trouvé de nombreuses activités sportifs avec les enfants. Carlos nous a même proposé de louer des vélos et une planche de surf (celle ci a fait le bonheur des petits...) Nous reviendrons sans aucune doute!

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa . A casa é excelente . Muito bem mobilada e equipada . O jardim é grande e muito agradável para estar a apanhar sol ou a comer na mesa exterior junto ao tanque de pedra . O proprietário foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso . Aconselhamos vivamente !

Agréablement surpris

Nous avons été agréablement surpris en découvrant la villa qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée ! Très bonne situation. Un peu a l'écart du centre ville au calme bien qu'en bord de route nationale. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. À proximité il y a de très belles plages de sable. Des plages sans surveillance et aussi des plages surveillées et aménagées. Le propriétaire a été très disponible. La maison comporte un étage. Au rez de chaussée grand salon séjour, cuisine fermée et aménagée ( plaque , four , four micro onde , frigo , congélateur , machine à laver) Cc + lave main A l'étage : 1 suite parentale salle de bain attenante ( baignoire lavabo et wc) , 2 autres chambres équipées de dressing, 1 salle de bain( bidet, baignoire, 1 wc , lavabo) La maison est dans une propriété où se trouve une deuxième maison mais franchement nous n'avons vu nos voisins que parce que les enfants sont devenus copains... La propriété est complètement clôturée avec portail électrique. Petit bémol, il n'y avait qu'une seule clé alors que nous étions 2 couples nous avons dû nous arranger pour rentrer. Nous avons passé un super séjour à viana, je recommande cette location.

une superbe location

Superbe location dans une région magnifique. Très grande maison près de la mer avec possibilité de barbecue et un jardin très bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont toujours aux petits soins et très accueillants . La région du Minhio est magnifique pour les amoureux de la mer et de la moyenne montagne. La proximité de la route n'est pas dérangeante. Un très bel endroit pour passer des vacances.

Perfect accomodation except for the noise

Location - although located very close to the shore, we still had to use car to get to the nearby beaches - a stroll takes a bit too long, especially before breakfast or during the midday heat. The supermarket is 10 minutes away by foot, or 2 minutes by car; House - very nicely furnished, good kitchen, with a cosy garden; Hosts are most friendly and helpful - we needed additional kitchen equipment for the birthday party and it was provided on first request without any problems. The only problem we've had was with the noise level. The house stands on the main street and the traffic is pretty thick even in the night. Thus it takes a while to get accustomed to it. We haven't tried to close windows due to the high humidity, maybe it wouldn't have been an issue otherwise.
