In a charming little village of 600 inhabitants 10 minutes drive from Ponte de Lima, the oldest city in northern Portugal or close to the beaches of Viana de Castelo, vila praia Ancora, we offer a new ground floor 250m2 on a plot of 2000m2, Very good solar exposure with large terrace, veranda, private pool '' not secure '' 8x4 depth of about 1 meter to 2 meters with 4 corner steps, a solar shower.

A fantastic villa very spacious with great facilities and well equiped kitchen area including many different types of coffee machines. The pool was fantastic and having the option to have the pool cover or have it fully open was brilliant. The outdoor areas were really great and we enjoyed many evenings outside with wonderful views.

Top quality

Very spacious and clean property. Only a few years old. Close to motorway junction so ponte de lima only 10 mins away. Easy parking there. Plenty to visit and getting around on quiet roads was a joy. Not too hot either. A really relaxing holiday and great surroundings.

Perfect Holiday Home

Having admired the photos and thought what a beautiful house it was, we were so happy to see that the pictures were a perfect reflection of the house. It was spacious and well-equipped both inside and outside. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location and the views were stunning. The nearby towns of Viana de Castelo, Ponte de Lima and Braga were definitely worth a visit. Anne, the owner was an excellent communicator and Anabela who met us with the keys was very friendly and approachable. I am sure we will return!

Great house in beautiful valley

We had a great time at Casa Rosanna thanks to Anne's regular notes to ensure we knew all about the area before we went. Please also thank Annabelle again for her help - we think she is a lovely person. The house is in a beautiful setting and well placed to visit anywhere in North Portugal. We went to Caminha, Afife, Viana de Castela, Peneda-Geres, Guatamires, Esponede, Ponte de Barca and of course many times to Ponte de Lima. The house fixtures and fittings are splendid. It was great to be able to put the car into the garage to keep it cool and it was great to have the pool to cool down at the end of the day. We loved having the outside shower to acclimatise ourselves before entering the pool. (It's the little things..). Jim & Sandra

Nous avons fait le maximum en ce qui concerne l'équipement de la maison pour que les vacanciers se sentent comme à la maison Nous pensons qu'il ne manque pas grand chose. Le garage est grand pour mettre la voiture et avec la canicule, ce devait être appréciable. Good size, modern, well appointed property but with traffic noise

Casa Rosanna is a well appointed modern villa. Lovely large open plan living area and 3 good size bedrooms ( very comfortable beds) The house is set in a lovely size plot with nice views of the surrounding hills and valley. The biggest downside for us was the proximity to a large road, which meant traffic noise could be heard all the time from all outside areas- we did find this disappointing as we have to endure this at home- so really appreciate a quiet location for holidays........The pool was also much colder than I imagined it would be- We knew it would be cooler than previous holidays in Southern Europe- but we weren't expecting it to be that cold!! There was lots of outdoor furniture and a really well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed Ponte di Lima and spent a few nice days on Afife beach.

Nicholas. Je suis vraiment très étonnée de votre commentaire? Le bruit lointain des voitures n'a jamais dérangé personne jusqu'à présent, La maison se trouve dans un endroit très calme. Pour preuve, les touristes soulignent dans leurs appréciations la quiétude trouvée à la casa Rosanna et y reviennent l'année suivante. Il suffit de lire les autres commentaires très positifs à tous point de vue. Avec la canicule depuis mai, la piscine ne pouvait pas être froide, ce n'est pas un jacuzzi. J'espère que vous avez pris le temps d'apprécier la maison, le chant des oiseaux et la vue magnifique. Cordialement

Séjour merveilleux

Très belle propriété ! Avec une vue magnifique ! Avec tout le confort, les chambres sont parfaites. L’extérieur est super. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos 2 enfants. La maison est parfaitement située pour rayonner dans le nord du Portugal. La véranda électrique sur la piscine était vraiment top pour la sécurité du plus petit. Il y a tout pour passer un super séjour.

Todo perfecto, casa muy amplia y cómoda, muy limpia y todo muy nuevo. La cocina muy bien dotada de menaje y electrodomésticos. No hemos echado en falta de nada. La piscina y zona de barbacoa y jardín también muy amplia . Las vistas desde la casa y jardín preciosas. Mi marido iba en silla de ruedas eléctrica y no ha tenido ningún problema de movilidad. Se agradece la rampa para acceder a la vivienda y que salva el pequeño escalón de la entrada. El contacto con Anne, la propietaria , por email y con Alice allí presencialmente, han sido muy correctos. Ambas muy amables.

Superbe villa

Très belle propriété conforme aux photos, villa très bien équipé avec une magnifique vue et très belle piscine. La maison est très propre. Nous avons été Très bien accueilli , Il y a deux cafés dans le village, les patrons sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup visiter car il y a beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours (Braga, Porto, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo). C’est un pays très accueillant avec de très beaux paysages … ponte de Lima est une ville très agréable Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Merci à Anne pour ses conseils. La casa Rosanna est une très belle propriété avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Autant l'intérieur que l extérieur est très bien entretenu avec beaucoup de gout , c'est très agréable. Anne notre hote est très à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse avec le soucis de notre bien etre;. Je recommande vivement cette belle villa et j'espére moi mème y revenir. Fantastische week

Geweldig huis, wij waren met 4 dus alle ruimte. Garage erbij en aparte wasruimte. Alle privacy. Prima kruidenier op 5 min lopen. Stadje Ponte de Lima op 20 minuten rijden prima voor borrel en avondeten. Puntje van kritiek: 4g is goed, WiFi van het huis niet.

Séjour exceptionnel

Très très belle villa, très bien équipée, un bel emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle c'est sûrement notre plus belle location depuis qu'on vient au Portugal. Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires avec de bon conseils en cas de besoin. Merci aussi à Susana.

Muy buena estancia

Estaba todo fenomenal, mejor aún que lo que se ve en las fotos. Toda la casa está equipada con todo nuevo y de buena calidad. El único problema ha sido la WiFi, no pudimos hacer uso de ella puesto que no llegaba a conectarse en ninguna momento

muito obrigado pela sua apreciação desculpe pelo wi-fi normalmente funciona muito bem tem 30giga de disponível por 1 mês o que é mais que correto mas infelizmente são os turistas que usaram tudo em 1 semana eu não posso fazer nada contra o abuso de pessoas temos 4G na aldeia é muito útil a coisa mais importante para mim é que a casa estava além de suas expectativas até a proxima Anne

Parfait !!!

Bonjour nous avons passé des vacances des plus agréables. Cette villa est juste PARFAITE sur équipée bien agencée bien pensée fonctionnelle en plus d’être belle et moderne sans parler des points de vues qu’elle offre. Calme est sérénité on accompagner ses vacances. Avec un accueil chaleureux de Suzanna. On a l’habitude de louer ce genre de bien et nous la recommandons au plus haut point. Nous y retournerons certainement dans l’avenir.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa is lovely, very modern and excellent quality finishes. Plenty of space and a stunning pool. Surrounding area is also good. Quiet village but only 15 mins from Ponte De Lima which is a beautiful medieval town with plenty of history, shops, great value restaurants , bars and lots to explore. We had a great holiday so many thanks to Ann

Uitstekend

Het huis voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Zeer net en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Ligging tov bezienswaardigheden ook OK.
