Island Oasis - Luxury Pool Home Steps to the Beach

Your beach home away from home. This gorgeous large beach home is located in the heart of Melbourne Beach. Private beach access is just a minute walk. After a nice relaxing day at the beach fishing, catching some surf, tanning in the sun or strolling along the magnificent beaches, you can enjoy the island oasis out back with a BBQ and beautiful heated pool. Take a nice leisurely walk down to the river or to the Melbourne Beach Pier for one of our amazingly beautiful sunsets. Ryckman park offers three different playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts and of course the beautiful pier. Inquire to rent a Golf Cart or E-bike for a fun open-air experience and to get around town easily. If cooking is not on your list, visit one of our local pubs or restaurants just 6 blocks away on Ocean Avenue. Want to take a break from the beach for a day? How about a game of golf? Spessard Holland golf course is an 18 hole course located in between the beach and the river just 5 minutes away. Not a golf fan, visit our world famous Ron Jons Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach or stop by the Kennedy Space Center for a blast off experience. Take a day and head to Orland for an adventurous theme park experience at one of our many Disney / Universal parks. Enjoy all of these amenities while staying in a spacious beach house.
Depending on the time of year you book with us our small town has some fun festivals/events.

Downtown Melbourne has a street party every second Friday of every month.
On Saturday 11/30/19 at 6:00pm Viera starts up the holiday season with the Light up Viera parade.
Each Saturday in December, downtown Melbourne puts everyone in the holiday spirit with Candlelight shopping, carriage rides, hot coca, and visits with Santa bring smiles to all.
Melbourne Beach has one of the best holiday events! On Christmas Eve, Santa and his helpers bring Christmas gifts to each child, takes pictures, gives out candy canes to all at their nearest stop. Our stop is at the end of Surf Rd. If you are interested in having a gift delivered to your child by Santa please contact me before and I will provide the details. It's always a great time and a memory the kids will have for a lifetime!

We loved every bit of our vacation. Pool kept the kids busy all week. Beach was a very short walk. Restaurants were close. Perfect location and perfect beach house.

Truly an Oasis

Amazing Stay

Loved loved loved this place! So close to the beach and had everything we needed for a group of family and friends. The grill and seating area in the back was perfect for a cookout. Our hosts were amazing and even after a mix-up on VRBO were so accommodating. Really appreciate the house and experience overall. Would definitely return!

We’ve booked our second stay at this location. Love the location. Close to the beach and if you’re not wanting to make the trek the pool will absolutely give you the privacy and relaxation you need. Can’t wait to stay here again this summer. Our entire family is looking forward to it.

Truly a Tropical Oasis in the backyard

We very much enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area and pool were simply amazing. Perfect for a family gathering that might include some younger kids. Very short walk to the beach, within 5 minutes, and close to shopping and everything else that you would need. Quiet neighborhood with the house easy to find and only a half block off A1A. Highly recommend!

Short walk to the beach and very friendly neighborhood for evening scooter/ walks with the kids to the river park. House was cute and the pool was awesome. I liked the alarm on the back doors you can turn off/on for young children with the pool! We already booked for next year:)

Fabulous Beach home very close to beaches!

We had a wonderful time at this beach home. It’s probably the BEST stocked home we have ever rented through VRBO. The owners have thought of everything and don’t lock you out of extra supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked and includes lots of extras! Rooms were comfortable. Pool was fantastic! Gorgeous Lanscaping around the entire property. Very safe area and an easy walk to the beach.

Family Gathering

The property is well appointed with everything needed for homey comfort inside, a great outdoor play area with heated pool, and even bikes for cruising. The furnishings are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is a relaxed beach feel that is exactly what we wanted. It is close to the beach, shopping, good restaurants and local attractions but tucked in a quiet spot that feels very private when you are in the house and pool area. Perfect for hanging out with family and relaxing.

Family reunion favorite

This is our 3rd year in this house for our family reunion. It is the best. Love the tiki hut...we spent evenings playing pirate ring toss and laughing so hard. This house has so many features -- well equipped for babies, toddlers and everyone. Besides the tiki hut, there is the heated pool!! We are planning to come back next year for our 4th reunion.

Was a great experience so close to all things yet far enough away that it felt very private The trees around the pool made it feel like there were no neigbors. We would and probably will stay again if it works out All the supplies were there for a trip to the beach which was the final item that sold me on the place Was nice not having to bring extra stuff The pool was heated which was great as the temps were a little cooler but poll felt great Extra supplies were there like tooth brush etc They thought of it all and was a great stay Thanks
