This secluded beach front rental is great for turtle watching, fishing, surfing and much more! It is within 5 miles to Sebastian Inlet, the Indian River Lagoon, driving distance to all Orlando attractions, and near by shopping and restaurants. Includes semi private pool (salt generated) wifi, and an ocean front gazebo for great sunrises and a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

Great Place!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront apartment! The location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from the sand and ocean!The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Great vacation.

Direct access to great beach. Private apartment with unlimited use of pool and amenities. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly. We plan on returning in the future!!

Stunning!

Wonderful, private, beach, pool and lovely residence. Turtles come in every night to lay their eggs and I was able to see some baby turtles head to the ocean too.

Wonderful family vacation

Our children loved the pool. And you couldn’t ask for a better beach. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and friendly. There were people staying in the main house while we were there, so we simply shared the outdoor amenities. Would stay again.

Oceanside stay in Melbourne Beach

A lovely apartment with access to a beautiful beach. Joe was great to work with and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Bonus - we saw 2 space launches from the cabana on the beach! Definitely recommend.

Summer 23 Beach trip

Wonderful location for beach vacation We had beach and pool to ourselves the entire week. Quiet safe neighborhood. Only opportunity for improvement would be that the bathrooms could use a serious deep clean, but would definitely come back again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is located on a lovely quiet beach with absolutely great views. There is a covered gazebo with steps down to the beach. Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room. The free laundry room just below was a big bonus.

Wonderful!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it was even better than the 1st time! Property was clean and had plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and etc., but the best part is the close proximity to the beach. Kids also loved the pool which was nice and refreshing. Joe, the property manager, is a delight to work with and we enjoyed our conversations with him! We definitely recommend this rental!!

Wonderful!!!!!

We stayed at this property for a week and absolutely loved it! It was clean and very well kept. Loved the location and that the beach was not full of tourists, it felt like we had our own private beach! The private pool and cabana were an added bonus too. Joe, the property manager was great!! He is extremely personable and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend this rental!

WINTER ESCAPE

This property is a wonderful place to stay. It is located on a lovely quiet beach with absolutely great views. There is a covered gazebo with steps down to the beach. Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room. Thumbs up, it even has a free laundry room. Even though we are in our 70s, the flight of steps to the apartment were not a problem and it gave us a wonderful view.

Beautiful Quarantine Getaway

This was a perfect place for my little family to escape to during our quarantine. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed to feel at home for 10 days! The property was beautiful and we spent so much time out by the sparkling pool and down on the very private beach. The covered gazebo on the beach stairs was a great spot at any time of day. Joey, the property manager, was so helpful and always available for questions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful

This was a wonderful place to stay. Exquisitely clean and comfortably furnished. Has both a wonderful, uncrowded beach and pristine pool. Plenty of places to relax in shade or sun. The property manager was hospitable and offered great info regarding the area.. Beds/pillows comfortable. 2 full bathrooms with nice showers. My wife and I were looking for a quiet, low key place for a week’s stay and this could not have been more perfect. We will likely return.

My wife and our 2 dogs (large Golden Retrievers) stayed at the upstairs 2-bedroom condo for Xmas week. The host (Joey) is fantastic! Super friendly and communicative. We also met the owner and his family who were in the main house for the final 3 days of our trip. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. The condo is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Very clean and tidy. Has great private access to the public beach thru the backyard. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to more peace and tranquility compared to being in a more touristy area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great vacation spot.

We had an excellent stay in Melbourne!! The house was well equipped and Joe was very accommodating!! The view from the home was beautiful. Beach was fabulous and my family really enjoyed fishing on the beach. If you would read a previous review about this rental it is such a false statement and she's making accusations that are so untrue. OMG she needs to go stay at a elaborate resort not a family oriented friendly beach rental. Thanks for a great week and we will surely be back. The location was great to see my mom but also to do some adventures from beach to Disney to zoo Highly recommend visiting the sabastian inlet we saw the whales when we were there . New England pub and tavern is a great place to eat at .

Best Vacation Ever!

My family and I LOVED our vacation at this house. Our kids are 6 and 4 and they were entertained the entire week. The beach was so private and beautiful. The waves were perfect for boogie boarding. The pool was clean and broke up the time at the beach so our kids were never bored. There were plenty of boogie boards, sand toys, floats and fishing gear in the garage to keep us busy for the week. The house was clean, cozy and adorable. It was equipped with everything we needed including things like toilet paper, laundry detergent and dish soap...things I usually run out and buy whenever renting a vacation house. It was a nice surprise. The manager Joe was very helpful and gave us great dinner recommendations. We will definitely be planning another vacation here in the future.

Great beachfront stay

We spent 10 days at this wonderful beachfront location. The beach was clean and uncrowded. The large pool is an added bonus. We enjoyed eating meals or just watching and listening to the ocean from the covered tiki hut. The property manager checked on us periodically to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely stay here again. Bring bug repellent and citronella candles. The gnats will pester you if their is no breeze. Deangelo's will deliver pizza. Yummy! There is a convenience store and bait shop within walking distance. There is a Publix grocery store about 5 or 6 miles away. There is storage on premises for your kayaks, surfboards and bikes. Wifi is available. Property is suitable for pets. There is an enclosed area right outside your door. We saw countless sea turtles swimming just off the beach. Numerous turtles nested within a hundred feet of the tiki hut.

Disappointed

The apartment on it's own was great. However, my husband and I feel that we did not get the private secluded beachfront or private pool as this place boasts in it's listing. We were aware that this rental was attached to a main house (main house is lacking from all the pictures on the website) after we spoke with the property manager (nice man) who told us that the owner may be down during the Easter holiday which was the week we rented. What we were not told and found out only after we pulled into the driveway after driving more than 1200 miles was that the owner was there with his wife, 2 children, sister in-law, mother in-law and the bottom portion of the main house was also being rented out to another couple (also nice people). In essence - what we got was a nice beachfront but not the private experience we were looking for. Please understand that we are not anti-social people....what we are is a couple who work really long hard hours at our jobs and we both have to deal with the public with those jobs which is why we chose to rent a house that claims "secluded" and "private" in it's listing instead of a condo or a hotel. This house is also listed as pet friendly and we brought our two 9 pound mini's with us but 1 of the owners 2 dogs (which we were not told about) was not very pet friendly and made a couple attempts at our 2 little dogs which caused us stress the entire time we were there. We had to constantly look to see if their dogs were out before we made any moves with our dogs. We had to section off our dogs and keep them closed off from most of the property due to this issue. Also, there are no screens on any of the windows and the owner told us we could not open up the doors or the windows because the saltwater air is to corrosive - so any hopes we had about ocean breezes blowing through the house or falling asleep to the sounds of waves was completely crushed on the first day. All these things added up to make this vacation not what we wanted or expected at all and we only get to go on vacation once a year. If you are considering renting this place we suggest you ask some very specific questions.
