There is a private beach great for swimming. There is a canoe for your use.

It is located one mile from downtown Vineyard Haven with shops, theaters, grocery stores, and town library.

What makes this property unique

It is on beautiful Lake Tashmoo which is open to the ocean. My home is right on the water which is great for swimming. The sunsets are wonderful from the second floor deck.
