A bike path that takes you to Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven is right at the end of the street! It takes just a few minutes to drive or bike to beaches and shops/restaurants in Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. Farm Neck Golf Club is 1.5 miles away. Edgartown is 15 minutes away by car.

The Lagoon is the perfect spot for kids to play in the warm, calm ocean water and beautiful sunsets are an added bonus. The house also comes with a deep water mooring to use in the Lagoon that would hold a 22 foot boat.
