"Wow" House, Waterfront, 200' level shoreline

NEW LISTING!!! This custom built 2002 spacious private home has the "WOW" factor, with a large open concept in the kitchen, dining and living rooms including a large Trex deck the length of the house, along with 3 master bedroom suites with king beds. It sits on an acre with 200 feet of waterfront with a concrete retaining seawall with sidewalk, large lawn with mature landscaping. Located on shallow Polson Bay, just 6 minutes from Polson, it is a perfect location for small weddings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, social and quilting meetings plus family gatherings of all kinds.

This home has high ceilings, a guest pantry room, a unique little kids playroom, 2 sets of most appliances, along with a large laundry room/mud room and a sun room (breakfast nook).

WOW-why is it called that; because that is the usual comment when entering through the front door with its open living area that has gabled wood plank ceilings, a bridge between the 2 loft areas, large windows-all equal a casual but relaxing decor. Home has air conditioning + ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. So bring your boat, snorkel equipment, water toys and enjoy. Simply put = it is a nice place for nice people. Sorry no smoking and no pets.

There is a separate studio apartment with it's own entrance, two queen beds, small kitchenette, bathroom, and a pull out couch. Great area for newlyweds or a small family wanting their own space.

Polson has scheduled activities throughout the year, but the sweet cherry harvest does top it all. Nearby to the north is Glacier National Park and to the south is the National Bison Range, with the majestic Mission Mountains to the east, with beautiful westward sunsets. Flathead Lake is the largest natural fresh water lake west of the Mississippi River. Come and Enjoy the many tings Western Montana has to offer.

"Wow" House sleeps 14 (3 king, 3 queen, 1 hide-a-bed) but has lake space for motor homes, campers or tents. Please limit all overnight guests to 20.

The property is perfect for me and my husband and my 3 brothers and their spouses.This is the third year in a row we've stayed here and it's perfect for our reunion. The kitchen is well equipped for all of our cooking needs and the deck is a great place to enjoy the view of the lake and the beautiful sunset.The house is very clean and decorated beautifully. We had a very small problem our second day there but I called Nicole and she dealt with it immediately. She is the best!!

75th BD celebration!

This was an informal family reunion/ 75th birthday celebration for my wife. Eleven fily members, 3 generations together. Had a very nice time. Property is spacious and very nice. Lake scenery was so serene and peaceful.

Great house; love the double fridge and dishwasher. Tons of space. The playroom is fantastic! A few things we wish we had known: the separate suite doesn’t connect to the main house inside, and the futon up there is pretty much useless for someone to sleep on. Also you can’t walk into the lake unless you try the boat ramp, which is extremely slippery. Overall, though, terrific place where we would definitely stay again!

The house and location were great! It accommodated our multi-generational family of 14 really well. Lots of fun on the lake, the dock, the lawn, the deck, the house. Nice big kitchen for cooking. We brought our own portable fire pit and lawn chairs for down by the lake which was nice. Bring your own lawn chairs if you want other outdoor seating besides the deck chairs. We brought lots of water toys, SUPs, canoes. Be careful on the boat ramp into the lake. Algae has stuck to it and made it very slick. A pushbroom with firm scrub brush bristles could have been helpful to scrape the algae. I would highly recommend this house! Great place, beautiful location, and responsive property managers.

Perfect for family reunion

The house is spacious and perfect for large groups. Can’t beat having double appliances! The lakeview from the deck is gorgeous and we enjoyed swimming by the dock. What a lovely place to relax!

Beautiful home with outstanding views of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay at the Wow House. Plenty of room. Kitchen appliances were awesome. Easy access to drop off our kayaks. Would stay again.

Great size of a home for 13 family members. Appreciate being able to have more than 10 in a home. Kitchen well stocked except no kitchen towels. A couple things: there might be a roof leak in living room during the storm. ? Shingles or around a vent in the ceiling? The garbage disposal smelled like desk fish-I think we reduced that with vinegar- soda and lemon but should be checked. Thanks

Guys golf trip

We use this house every year for our golf trip. Eight guys for the weekend and it is always enjoyable. The house is always in great shape and the new deck is awesome. Best views of the lake and mountains.

Wowed by the Wow House

Wonderful lake front home that has spacious, clean, well furnished. We are a group that needs three separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the Wow House met the requirement with extras of both. Morning coffee for overlooking Flathead Lake was amazing. We will come back again next year.

Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Had everything we needed. Loved the view from the gorgeous Deck. Was disappointed that water level of lake was low which meant we had to launch boat at public launch in Polson, but that's not property owner's fault. Very quiet, not far from Polson. PERFECT!

I had 3 siblings and their spouses come from 3 different states for a reunion. We were all so impressed with the Wow House. This house is equipped with everything you might need and is such a beautiful home. The kitchen is a dream. We all decided we would like to come back to this property again some day.
