In the Mediterranean, in the heart of the Catalan country, in one of the sunniest regions of France, we offer our beautiful apartment with stunning views over the marina and the Massif des Albères.
Type T2 with cabin and a capacity of 4 to 6 people, located on the 1st floor of a beautiful residence, everything has been designed and fitted out for your well-being and comfort.
Thus, air conditioning, wireless internet, a large flat screen, new bedding and quality linens, pillows and duvets provided, dishwasher and washing machine, as benefits among others that will make you appreciate your stay.
You have direct access to the marina and shops. The beach is about 200m walk from the promenade along the harbor, the Spanish border (the Perthus) 30 minutes by car, Barcelona and Perpignan two hours to 20 minutes.
On the south-east, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a closed and secure luxury residence with private parking. Its area is 36m2 + veranda of 6m2 + terrace 6m2 + 2m2 balcony.
It is composed of :
- A living room with a buffet, a round table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed BZ (140x200)
a coffee table, a TV stand and a flat screen full HD 102cm.
- A Loggia (veranda) with a bay window opening side lounge and another terrace opening side composed of a wrought iron table with glass top and four chairs with seat cushions.

- A room with a balcony overlooking the harbor with a double bed 160x200, 2
two night tables with lamps, a closet with wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
- A kitchen with hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer 2 doors, a mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a blender, a Panini machine, a Grill- raclette ...
- A small cabin room type with 2 bunk beds (80x200) and a cot for baby.
- A small clearance at the entrance
- Separate WC
- A bathroom with a vanity and a tub with shower.

º Rental from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions)
º Arrival from 16h and departure before 12am.
º Discount depending on length: 5% on the second week and 10% on the third week rental.
