Welcome to our milepost 9 Condo in Kill Devil Hills! This private residence offers 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen/1 Full), full kitchen, living room, and 1.5 baths. Beach chairs- they’re already there & will be accessible upon request! Foot wash conveniently located at the bottom of the deck steps. Located in between the beach road and the highway, the location is fantastic. A short walk to the wooden walk-over beach access, and minutes from many great stores and restaurants! High-speed WiFi, Netflix, Disney +, (equipped with a smart TV for you to stream any of your other services you wish as well). Feel free to contact us with any questions about booking your getaway!!!

Great OBX Getaway

My family and I had a great time. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process, and the property is very well decorated. Beach access is a short walk or an even shorter drive. A great home base to explore the Outer Banks and make memories. We will definitely be back!

Cute little condo

This condo was good for a short stay. It was very clean, the beds are comfy and communication with the Owner was fantastic. It’s about three blocks off the beach, and took about five minutes to walk there.If you tend to cook and not always eat out be aware that there is no dishwasher and there’s limited space to work in the kitchen. There is no grill.There is a very small back deck but it’s not big enough to put chairs on and it overlooks the parking lot.For a short stay with four people it met our needs.

A walk to the beach

Condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, dishes and glassware, pots and pans. Towels and linens in excellent condition. As with many properties in this area, unit was a stairway from ground level with garage under condo. Parking was very convenient. Small backyard has good shade from a tree with many birds. Small deck in back handy for drying beach towels and bathing suits. Low beach chairs available in unit, but you might bring a full-sized beach chair if you prefer that style. Good vacation location!

Great Stay in KDH

We came to the OBX for a few days with our 2 elementary school aged kids for a last hoorah of summer and found this condo close to the beach on a fairly last minute booking. The two primary things I look for in a rental are cleanliness reviews and location and I can say that this condo checked both. You can walk to the public beach access from here, although we drove and parked in the lot (never had a problem finding a spot) since we had a fair amount of gear. (Just a heads up, this public beach access has its fair share of stairs, so if you have a beach caddy w/wheels like we did, this access point won’t cut it; however, the condo provides beach chairs with the storage on the backs, so we ended up using those, which was nice.) The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, there were blackout blinds in one of the bedrooms, which was very much appreciated when traveling with young kids. In KDH, you’re close to so much, which makes this a great central spot to explore the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo.

We found this listing on a whim and we were not disappointed at all!! I am very picky and rarely feel comfortable on vacation, as I am out of my element. But everything surpassed our expectations. We felt right at home. Our 5 year old also expressed how much she loved the condo. The walk to the beach was not bad at all but with 2 little win tow we just decided to drive. We will definitely be staying again.

This was my families first OBX experience and we had an amazing time! Great location for waking to restaurants or to the beach. So much to do in the area! The owner was wonderful to work with and would respond right away! Would definitely rent again!
