Peaceful

Property has beautiful surroundings. Space is comfortable. There are numerous stairs to climb to get to the property which is not an issue unless you have mobility issues.

A little jewel in Port Vendres

Well what an amazing little apartment . A real jewel . From the moment we were first met by the wonderfully friendly owner Pierre I knew we were going to have a great stay. The apartment is set high up above the port with wonderful views from the garden and house . The steps going up to the property get easier as you get quite fit going up and down them for our weeks stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped and bigger than expected . The bed was really comfortable so we slept soundly . There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance from the property . There is a good coast path walk and lots of little coves and beaches within a short drive in either direction . The garden was lovely for our dog and leads straight up onto the headland again with fabulous views . I would certainly recommend this apartment and hope to return again in the future . Our thanks to Pierre Boulle for all his help and information .

Le séjour a été parfait, c'est un petit paradis! le quartier est très agréable et les extérieurs superbes et naturels. Les escaliers sont nombreux mais ce n'est pas un soucis pour nous bien au contraire ça garantie le calme.L'appartement est bien équipé et propre.Nous avons eu des températures idéales mais je pense qu'il peut vite faire chaud dans l'appartement. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !MerciA bientôt

Descriptif très ambigu …

Hôte charmant et disponible. Situation du logement pittoresque mais nombreux escaliers pour l’atteindre ! Photos anciennes (10 ans ou plus) qui trompent sur l’état du logement et les vues : vue sur le port debout dans une des pièces. Descriptif imprécis : pas de jardin mais 2 espaces non attenants et non entretenus.

Un endroit de rêve

Logement agréable, propre, calme et en effet, idéalement situé dans un quartier pittoresque proche du port, des plages et de Collioure. Bref, un très bel endroit "hors du temps" que nous avons énormément aimé. Nous tenons à remercier Monsieur BOULLE pour son accueil chaleureux et sympathique.

Très beau séjour bien ensoleillé. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Très bon accueil. Tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Les abords extérieurs sont vraiment un plus. Ils mériteraient d’être un peu plus entretenus.

Un paysage de carte postale

Nous avons passé deux semaines délicieuses chez Monsieur BOULLE. Pierre BOULLE est un hôte très sympathique et sa maison est à son image, accueillante, charmante ; située sur les hauteurs de Port Vendres cette petite maison authentique est dotée de deux petites terrasses avec une vue sur le port et ses alentours digne d'une carte postale. Pour les amateurs de nature et de beaux paysages. Nous en profitons pour saluer chaleureusement notre hôte s'il lit ces quelques lignes.

Petit havre de paix

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour dans la maisonnette de Pierre, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Dominant le port mais au calme, l'emplacement est idéal et Pierre est un hôte charmant. Il faut ajouter à cela que le logement est parfaitement propre et la cuisine très bien équipée pour qui aime cuisiner.

Entre village et nature

Endroit situé dans un emplacement idéal. Comme nous venions du Québec, nous n'avions pas de voiture. Nous n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux pour un voyage sans voiture. La propriété se situe au bout d'une rangée de maisons (accessible à pied) et la colline appartient en grande partie au propriétaire, donc c'est très privé. D'un côté nous avons le village à 5 minutes de marche (marchands de poisson sur les quais, épiceries, boulangerie, marchand de vin et marché le samedi) et de l'autre côté, la montagne et la mer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécier les endroits extérieurs. Grace aux prises électriques et extensions, nous avons même pu faire du télé-travail à l'extérieur. En plus, le proprio est super sympatique. Endroit idéal pour les amateurs de randonnée, nature, tout en étant à proximité d'un sympatique village.

Petit paradis au calme mais proche du port et de ses resto.

Belle location avec belle vue sur le port de la maison et des terrasses (2)et sur la mer côte jardin.tout est fait pour se sentir bien et déconnecter dans un jardin luxuriant au calme d un quartier piétonnier mais près du port et de ses commerces et resto.de nombreuses rando à proximité et stations balnéaires animees proches nombreuses petites et grandes attentions et conseils du propriétaire .bref on a d y revenir rapidement.

La surprise fut belle...

Pour résumé notre séjour, sans en dévoiler toutes les surprises agréables que nous avons découvertes. Premièrement l’accueil du bien par le propriétaire du lieu a été chaleureux et très agréable ( avec plein d'informations sur le bien ainsi que sur l'endroit . Le bien par lui même est très bien conçu et l'équipement nickel; et la vue trop belle.. Le lieu est super calme, mais je l'avoue nous y étions en hors saison donc.... Peut être que... Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, et je garde vraiment un beau souvenir de la gentillesse du couple (propriétaire des lieux. Ma compagne et moi espérons pouvoir y retourner Un indice d'une des belles surprises : " elle m'a dit d'aller là haut siffler, sur la colline " et là......
