Property Ok, Service not great
There were definitely some issues with our one week stay in this property. It started with the wrong code for the door provided by the Management company (the numbers were mixed up). While there were only 2 of us staying in this 2 BR condo, our daughter and boyfriend that live in Kelowna were planning to have dinner with us each night. Unfortunately, there was only one small bowl for use, 6 plates that had to be washed after every meal to ensure enough plates for the next meal and insufficient serving spoons and bowls. One of the serving bowls in the cupboard looked like it had not been put away clean and was growing mold! We found underwear left in the bedroom dresser, BBQ tank that was empty, to which the Management company asked us to fill up next time we were out (definitely not!) and a broken coffee table (my husband spent significant time with the management company to make arrangements for someone to fix it). I spent 10 minutes waiting for the hot water in the shower to kick in when my husband finally suggested maybe it was put on wrong and the cold is actually the hot -- indeed he was right! The wicker "bench" and chairs on the deck had ripped cushions on the chairs, but no cushion on the bench.
The location was great for walking to downtown, the pool & hot tub were fabulous and it was relatively quiet at night. The view from this condo is nothing remarkable (looks out on other condos and the street).
