Great for children, this home is located in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood just 200 feet from the beach. There are no busy streets to cross as you walk to the beach.

Situated on pilings, the home offers panoramic views of the ocean at both sunrise and sunset with just a short 1/4 mile walk to the Oak Island Pier. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and back deck with seating. You can choose the sunny or shady side of the house, both with ocean views while you hear the waves breaking. Extra-large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Claim the two-seater swing for an afternoon nap on the back deck with the rhythmically crashing waves and melodious birds. Enjoy a good book while rocking on the front porch, sheltered from the sun, feeling the gentle breezes, .....therapeutic and a "Bit O' Heaven''!!

Grest views and a bit of heaven!

Great location as it was a short walk to the beach. Loved the front porch sitting and the outdoor showers! Had a great time. Only negative was the keys don't work well. Had to go back to Oak Island Accomadtions to have another set of keys made, but still had problems with all the doors except the deck door!
