Great for children, this home is located in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood just 200 feet from the beach. There are no busy streets to cross as you walk to the beach.
Situated on pilings, the home offers panoramic views of the ocean at both sunrise and sunset with just a short 1/4 mile walk to the Oak Island Pier. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and back deck with seating. You can choose the sunny or shady side of the house, both with ocean views while you hear the waves breaking. Extra-large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Claim the two-seater swing for an afternoon nap on the back deck with the rhythmically crashing waves and melodious birds. Enjoy a good book while rocking on the front porch, sheltered from the sun, feeling the gentle breezes, .....therapeutic and a "Bit O' Heaven''!!
