We offer a T2 apartment located in Leguevin, west of Toulouse, new and equipped with WIFI (Box WIFI + TV offering foreign channels and some cable channels).
It is located on the ground floor of a recent residence with swimming pool and consists of:
- A living room equipped with a convertible sofa, table, chairs and a 32 '' LCD TV
- A fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, fridge, induction hob, electric coffee maker, kettle and complete crockery for 4 people),
- A bedroom of 10 m2 with a large closet and a 140 bed,
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a straightener and a hair dryer,
- Separate wc,
- A 12 m2 terrace with table, chairs and parasol,
- A secure underground parking space.
The swimming pool is common to the residence and free access for tenants (usually open from mid June to mid September)
The apartment is close to shops (SuperU at 200m, children's playground and pétanque field at 400m).
Léguevin being located at the gates of the Gers, you can either relax in the countryside, or reach Toulouse 15 km away, or go for a walk in the Pyrenees (the ski slopes are 2 and a half hours by car). Toulouse / Blagnac Airport is 15 minutes away.
The sea (Narbonne) is 1h30 / 2h from Toulouse.
