Near Castelet, Saint Michel district, in a recent luxury residence, the apartment Le Prieuré will perfectly meet your expectations for a leisure or professional stay, for a few days or weeks.

Fully equipped, it has all the necessary comfort so that you do not miss anything: wifi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels provided, bedroom with double bed and closet, equipped kitchen, terrace and parking space in the basement.
Close to shops, amenities and public transport, you will be ideally placed!

Accommodation :
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a recent condominium (10 years), the apartment of 43 m² is composed as follows :

- Pleasant and tastefully decorated living room, equipped with an entrance with cupboard, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV
- Open kitchen fully equipped with a standing table for two persons, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooking plates, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Double bedroom with double bed (140x200) and cupboards.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Exterior :
- Terrace of 8 m², with view on the gardens of the condominium. It is equipped with deckchairs and a table with chairs for your meals or coffee breaks!

Neighborhood:
Lively neighborhood, 15 min walk from the hyper downtown (Place du Capitole). Close to shops and very well served by public transport (the metro is at the foot of the residence).

Transportation :
Bus line nearby (L4), metro station "Saint Michel-Marcel Langer" line B, toulouse bike station.
Parking space in the basement for a car.

- Bed linen and towels provided.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

While we very much enjoyed the apartment and location, oue stay was badly let down by poor property management. When we arrived for our 6 night stay, it was quickly identified that our wifi wasnt working, however nothing was done to sort this despite requeests being made, until the day we left. Additionally, we had requested two sets of keys, as my partner and I were doing different activities over the week. We were told on arrival that the second set had been lost a while back and a replacement wasnt available. (I note that in the t&cs it states that if the keys are lost, the person booking would be charged a penalty, so presumambly this penalty wasnt put towards replacement). Additionally, the ashtray on the terrace was completely full of cigarette butts when we arrived. Overall, i think the owner of this property is getting a very poor service from this property manager, as did we.
