Elevator. This home is where Julianne Hough stayed while filming the movie Safe Haven!

Located across the street from the beach, this home boasts a large front deck with views of the ocean, screened porch, hot and cold enclosed outside shower, grill, plenty of parking, easy walk to access to the beach. Built in 2012, this two-story home is well decorated with a beach theme.

The first floor has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, dining area with view of the ocean, bedroom with a full bed, futon, and computer desk. The second floor boasts a great extra living area with a game nook, views to the ocean and a deck with a fabulous view, also a master bedroom and bedroom with 2 twins. Nightly rentals available with a three-night minimum stay. Also available for off season monthly rentals.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Location, location, location...

We stayed at Nexta-C for 5 nights. The place was amazing! One of the many things that the house had that stood out to us was the elevator. One of my in-laws who stayed with us has had many knee surgeries and hasn't been able to travel in about 3 years. When I found that this place had an elevator, we were able to convince him to come along. We all had a great time! It is so nice to not have to drive somewhere to go to the beach! Literally walk out the front door, across the street and you are there. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Nexta-C 2021

Great location. Not ocean front but there is an access lot almost directly across the road. No need for a golf cart. Tents are allowed. There were all different kinds. The house was great. Didn't use the elevator except for moving in and out, But that made it much easier. I will definitely cionsider staying at this house again.

Awesome location. Just steps from the public beach access. Very well decorated. Well stocked kitchen

Looking for a place for our adult children and their significant others. This place fit the bill. Places to congregate and also places to get a little alone time on the multiple porches. Having the keyless entry was wonderful. Steps from the beach was convenient. Close to groceries, quaint shops, and local restaurants. Plenty of parking space. Would highly recommend this property.
