Oceanview covered porch with furniture, Yaupon Dunes dedicated community beach access across street with gazebo. Seasonal community pool and hot tub.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
