Luxury Villa 2 Bed 2.5 Bath With Amazing View To The Caribbean Sea
Welcome to our beautiful Caribbean home in Roatan, Honduras. Roatan is one of the top diving destinations in the world. It sits strategically at the lower end of the Meso American Reef, the second-largest reef in the world. There is 100 dive site around the island, including wrecks, caves and reef walls. Our villa sits in Pristine Bay, home of Black Pearl, the finest golf course in Central America. Designed by Pete Dye, it is an amazing track that will challenge even the most skilled golfers with his signature island green. Pristine Bay also provides four dining options (two poolside, one casual café and one fine dining), two beautiful infinity pools, two tennis courts, private beach, a 4-star hotel and clubhouse worthy of the beautiful site for the resort. The villa is a fully outfitted two bedroom, two and a half bath villa, decorated with local art. The great room overlooks the 13th hole, the Caribbean Sea and a panoramic view. It has a deck that includes a splash pool, recliners and canopy over the dining table. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of the deck. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, for a great night’s sleep. The guest room has two twin beds and the living room couch folds out to sleep two more. The villa has cable tv and wi-fi to stay connected and enjoy internet and cable offerings, the kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful black granite counters and stainless steel appliances and has a garage for your rental car. Pristine Bay is a gated community with 24-7 guards to ensure a safe environment. Roatan enjoys peace and serenity typical of the best of the Caribbean.
Electric is not included in the rental rate, I will take to read the meter at check-in and check out, the total used will be collected cash or credit. Beach club amenities are not included in the rental cost and paid to the beach club. Car rental is highly recommend as there is no public transportation available.
