Nice house on one level, with large garden and swimming pool, adjoining shed, awning with barbecue, in a quiet area, near the city center and the bike path, 1 km from the Bassin. The ocean is only 15 km
Renovated since 2013, the house welcomes you with a kitchen open to a living room. The 3 bedrooms are located at the corners of the house, around the living room-kitchen. Two of them open onto a large garden located on the back of the house, in which you expect pool, hammock and deckchairs.
Arès is 30 minutes from Bordeaux airport, at the exit of the fast lane (so no traffic jam!).
