Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Tolle Lage,bester Bäcker und Geschäfte in Laufdistanz. Pool, beheizte Aussendusche, die überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit mit 2 Grillvarianten ist fantastisch.Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, der Empfang/Vermietung hat perfekt geklappt. Für unseren ersten Urlaub am Cap Ferret ein wunderbares Erlebnis

Stunning house, super functional and wonderful location

Beautifully decorated property, we loved our meal times at the pool, on one of the terraces or inside. Pétanque and swimming with the kids. Short cycle for croissants and walked to eat fresh fish in Petit Piquey. Super responsive owners.

Maison de vacances idéale

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end de pâques dans cette belle maison très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien isolée. Rien ne manque dans cette maison baignée de lumière. Très bon accueil par ailleurs et l emplacement est un grand plus également.

Un mois magique!

Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans la maison de Virginie et l'expérience a été simplement parfaite. Notre bébé a pu se développer à souhait dans ce grand espace. La proximité des commerces et de la plage nous a rendu la vie facile. Nous y avons fabriqué de beaux souvenirs. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Super semaine

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison des Giry, décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. La piscine rafraîchissante et les terrasses permettant de profiter au maximum du soleil ont contribué à un séjour très réussi. Les possibilités offertes par la cuisine sont très largement suffisantes pour concocter tous les plats dont nous avions envie. Bien que la route soit très passante et rarement calme, nous recommandons grandement cet endroit pour des vacances réussies.

Une très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est superbe et est idéalement située, proche des commerces et de la baie. Nous avons vraiment aimé cette maison qui chaque jour nous faisait nous sentir un peu plus chez nous! Durant le séjour les températures sont tombées et la cheminée, qui est très facile à utiliser, fut un vrai plaisir! Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire. Et pour manger, vous aurez le choix entre 2 terrasses et table intérieure. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine car il faisait encore un peu froid mais sa taille est parfaite pour faire des longueurs ou jouer en famille. Cette maison nous a vraiment séduit et sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Super séjour, maison bien équipée et bien située

Magnifique maison, avec de beaux espaces à l'intérieur et à l’extérieur, sans aucun vis-à-vis. LParfait pour se retrouver ! Les terrasses vitrées sont un vrai plus pour profiter de l'extérieur un maximum. Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

charmantes Urlaubsdomizil

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und architektonisch durchdacht. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen zu 100% der Wirklichkeit. Empfang durch Familie Giry absolut herzlich und kompetent. In direkter (fußläufiger) Nachbarschaft zwei Boulangerien, Charcuterie, Pharmazie, Poissonerie und Restaurants incl. Cabanes am Bassinseitigen Strand. Auch zum Atlantik nur ca. 7 min mit Auto bzw. 20 min Fahrradentfernung. Jederzeit gerne wieder :-))

Villa très bien située à Petit Piquey

Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. La villa est très bien équipée et joliment décorée, les extérieurs très bien entretenus. Une superbe chambre donnant sur la piscine, une chambre enfants spacieuse et agréable (pourvue de jouets), et une plus petite chambre à l’etage sous les toits qui peut vite chauffer quand les températures montent. Les différents espaces extérieurs pour manger et se reposer sont très agréables. L’entrée de la villa est en bord de route, beaucoup de passage en été mais les espaces de vie et la piscine sont situés plus en hauteur, de ce fait le bruit des voitures, qui reste perceptible, ne nous a pas génés. À l’interieur de la maison on entend pas de bruit extérieur. La nuit c’est très calme également. De plus il n’y a pas de vis à vis, ce qui est un énorme plus. Il y’a des toilettes à l’interieur et à l’extérieur. La villa est située en plein cœur du village donc les commerces de proximité et le marché sont accessibles à 5-10min à pied. Il y’a un grand supermarché à Claouey à 7min en voiture. Il ne faut que 5 min à pieds pour rejoindre la jolie et tranquille plage côté bassin. Pousser à pieds 5 min de plus pour rejoindre la pointe aux chevaux où l’eau est toujours présente. Nous nous rendions en voiture (7min) à l’ocean (Plage du Truc Vert). Il est possible de s’y rendre en vélo via piste cyclable. En somme séjour très satisfaisant, reposant, parfait en famille avec des enfants.

Superbe !!

Un séjour absolument délicieux dans cet écrin situé au petit piquet, en plein dans la pinède. La maison est spacieuse avec une pièce de vie entièrement vitrée et très conviviale. La grande terrasse offre d'agréables journées près de la piscine. Tout y est très fonctionnel, la propriétaire est tout simplement adorable. Bassin, commerces et océans très accessibles. Je conseille les yeux fermés et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
