The check in process was timely and they couldn't find my reservation. It wasn't too terrible but we did find the reservation and we were able to move forward. With our stay.

Property and all that I spoke with were very nice. Everything was great, but i had just a couple of things to mention. The hot tub location is hard to find. Need a map on the fridge, and the jets didn't work in it. Alsopplease

Overall: Good value priced place to stay.Opportunities: The 'make ready' crew needs some coaching. There were 4-5 little annoyances that could have been avoided. i.e. one of the TV remotes was missing batteries, there was a soap wrapper left in the bathtub. The guest toilet was clogged when we arrived. All of these should have been caught by the last staff before rental. On the maintenance side was the guest shower diverter would not completely go to shower or tub - it was stuck in the middle. On the good side, the water pressure was like a water cannon. Also one of the ottoman's was ripped and probably should be thrown out. Same with the small hide-a-bed - that mattress was not useable.On the good side is the price was great, the location didn't have a view but was in town and easy to get around. In the condo everything was clean and acceptable. It's not a 5 star fully updated condo - those are twice as much per night. but it was comfortable and perfect for my needs on this trip - a place to sleep and shower after skiing. Kitchen had the things you'd need if you want to cook something simple. No ice maker was kind of a let down but again, no big deal.The VRBO comms were good via the app. The response time was quick and they offered solutions to the issues mentioned above - I'd give the comms 5 stars.I'm going with 3 stars for this property. It is priced appropriately. If not for the 'make ready' failures I'd probably go with 4 stars.
The property was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work. The property manager quickly sent a tech over to repair it. An hour later he got it working. Later we tried to turn on the heat in the unit but it did not work. There were no maintenance personnel available so we were moved to a different unit. The move was fairly disruptive to our stay. The new unit was not entirely to our liking.

Clean, nice. Underground assigned garage with 110V outlet available (EV charging in description is the 110V outlet). Hot tub is not right by condo but within 1 minute walking distance. Hot tub was not hot though when we were there.

Fine for the price point
Townhome was clean. Furniture was comfortable but the master bed was horrible - super hard. The kitchen barely had the basics to cook. With a few small adjustments it could have been a much better stay - need a full size coffee pot, a small grill and more than two glasses. It was fine for the price point.
