Condo has a nice, coziness, with location and views both ways. The place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is our vacation condo, you get all the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen.
The condo is a top floor end unit, 3rd. level with a private entrance. Gives you views of Fraser Valley, Byers Peak and Winter Park Resort. It is bright, clean and comfortable. Covered deck and plenty of off-street parking.
Walk to… Lakes, Park’s, Fraser River Trail, Safeway, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Groceries, Breweries and Pubs, are just 5 minute walk down the hill.
Then, the town of Winter Park is just a few miles down the trail. It’s a nice walk!
Getting Around… Lift (Ski) Bus Route pick up is just below by Safeway, maybe a 3-5 minute walk. They come about every 20-30 minutes. Check out the Winter Park Transportation site for schedules of The LIFT Bus.
Otherwise, ride a bike or walk!
Tons of Mountain Activities, ATV Trails, Hot Springs, Rec. Center, Whitewater, a Great Pizza Place and more with a visit to the Winter Park Information Center.
Information is available at the condo or just stop by any shop in Winter Park or Fraser that rents bikes/skis or ATV’s and ask them about cool trails. Regarding, rafting you will have to make your determination on trips.
House Information…
Quiet hours after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
No grilling, cigarette or marijuana smoking within 25 feet of the building…HOA Rules. Fire Hazard.
Regarding Marijuana, it would be great if you could go outside or vent the place out, should you smoke inside. No smoking on deck... fire hazard.
No smoking on the deck of any kind.
Tip…open windows at night and let in cool air. During the day shut windows and close the blinds. This should help keep things cooler. During the winter, let the sunshine in!
Thermostat in hall. Please place back on 65-70, upon departure. Thx!

Guest Access: Entire apartment with private entrance with plenty of parking, in the lot below. Use the stairs to the right front of the 279 Building #2 side, that goes to the unit. Guests will be provided with a keypad and lock box code for entry.
Entry Foyer: Guests will have access to the entire unit, shared outside areas (patio and grill), laundry, and pool area.
Shoes… please be respectful. Shoes that are muddy or wet can be placed on shoe tray.
Living Area:
TV, Reading, Dining/Work, Kitchen Area's.
Fully furnished kitchen with cast iron skillet, refrigerator and freezer, range and oven, microwave, coffee maker’s, toaster.
Please use the fireplace if you wish. Make sure that the flue is open. Firewood not provided. Thx!
Remote runs the TV, Cable and Roku… just select On and Input.
Streaming also available with Roku, and it also can control TV and volume.

Hand Broom, Dust Pan are under the sink.
Trash:
Trash cans on left side of island… recycle and trash. Dumpster's in parking lot.
Bathroom(s):
Bathroom’s with modern shower, stocked with toilet paper and towels, under the sink. There is also a hair strainer on the floor of the shower’s, please use and clean. Feel free to use the vanity or medicine chests, located in bathrooms. Blow dryer and Hot-brush available.
Hall Closet: Owner’s Closet - Locked. Full of supplies and a few toiletries.
Bedroom(s):
Bedroom#1 – King Bed
Bedroom#2 – Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen)
Both bedrooms have closets with hangers and clothing storage. There are chests in each bedroom that has extra blankets and sheets. You can set you luggage on them, too!
**Check bedroom #2 closet for Ironing Board, Iron, Vacuum, Broom, and beach towels.
Utility Room:
Door at bottom of stairs has a laundry room and ski locker. Open 8am. - 10pm. You will have a key to the locker. This is where you should store your skis/boards or leave at the resort or in your auto. Please do not bring into the condo or store on the deck. There is no key to the utility room door, management usually opens around 7 AM and closes it at 10 PM.
Outside (Common Area):
There are picnic areas and grills down below on the grassy areas around the buildings and by the pool and shelter.
You also, have access to the pool area and picnic areas.
The pool/bike room key will be on the key ring holder on the wall by front door.
The fishing lake down by the river are accessible, bring your fishing pools!
Other Amenities Include: There are fan’s in the bedrooms and closet, if needed.
There will also, be another set of spare keys on the key holder… spare. Always keep a key in the lock box… just in case!
Enjoy the Big Views!
Upon Departure:
Pile linens with used towels in the hallway bathroom.
You can leave the duvets and blankets.
Please do any dishes that were used and place in the rack or start dishwasher.
Clean off all appliances and counters.
Take all trash and recycle to the dumpsters.
Leave as you entered. Place the key on the counter and use the keypad or lock box key to lock the residence as you leave. To lock with keypad, hold any button for 2 seconds and it will lock. FYI...you may have to pull the door to you a
