In the ground floor of a new chalet, a very simple against the bottom of just a few meters from the main road and 200 meters from the ski lift Pramouton this apartment very charming and nicely laid out access, comfortable with underfloor heating has 2 bedrooms one with double bed the other with 1 double bed and 2 individual beds, in the living room a convertible 2 beds. 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets also have comfort features. The valley views, the beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the apartment but also the lawn area equipped for lunches on the terrace.
Philippe the owner says "Philou" live above. He is at your disposal so that your holidays are more pleasant. It can also bring you valuable sports advice as a monitor, coach, practicing mountain, mountain bike, road bike .....
A deposit of 500 euros will be required at the entrance of slieux, it will not be cashed but returned in case of no damage.

Très agréable location idéalement située

Chez Philou est une location agréable et confortable idéalement située avec une belle terrasse qui offre une jolie vue. Nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui vivent au-dessus toutefois sans vis-à-vis direct et avec un accès indépendant qui fait qu'on se sent chez soi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
