Our condo is a very nice and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 1st floor in the beautiful and quiet Colony Club Complex at Drakes Landing in Gulf Shores, which is close to Craft Farms Golf Course, Pelican Place Shopping Center and the Pinnacle Theater. The SportsPlex Center is just across Highway 59 on Oak Road and it's very near where the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo relocated in March of 2020. (The Little Zoo That Could)

The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfy king-size bed with a TV and plenty of closet space, along with its own private bathroom. The Second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and the Third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a door leading to the patio area. Bed linens and bath towels are furnished. Please bring your beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a coffee machine, blender, etc. A full-size washer and dryer are furnished as well as an ironing board and iron.

There is big-screen TV located in the living room. Wi-Fi are available as well. There is a patio just off the living room if you'd like to go outside and relax and enjoy the gulf breeze. The dining room consists of comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people.

The complex has a really nice outdoor pool area, hot tub, and an exercise facility. There is a tennis court and fishing in the catch-and-release pond on the complex as well. A great barbecue area with a charcoal grill is located near our condo building.

We also have 2 other 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos in Colony Club. # 7112104 is also located on the 1st floor and is furnished with 2 queen-size beds and 2 twin beds.

# 2207965 is located on the 2nd floor and has 2 queen-size beds, a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. We welcome your reservations for these condos as well !! Beginning May 20, 2024, there is a $25 parking fee per vehicle with a 2-vehicle limit per unit.
