Amazing view and location

We had an incredible time staying at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable for our long stay. Any issue we had with the villa was handled promptly by staff on site. The restaurants at the hotel were always welcoming and the food was delicious. Location nice and central to town and marina for excursions. Would definitely recommend!

Stunning views, amazing property

This villa was very spacious with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the expansive balcony. The views from there were spectacular, from sunrises to fireworks at night. Carla the concierge was very responsive and helpful and our cleaning lady was fantastic. Hope to stay there again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this penthouse unit. The views are unparalleled and we spent most of our time on the expansive veranda. The staff is extremely attentive and very helpful. The resort is beautiful and we made good use of the pools, which were never crowded. Every where we went we felt that we had our own private space. We originally had planned for several excursions, but this penthouse was so beautiful that we ended up just staying here the whole time. Can’t wait for our next visit!

I’m an uber picky renter that puts service, amenities and cleanliness as high priorities. This unit is impeccable with all. The online pics are 💯 what you get—it’s even better live. You have a private concierge, Carla, who will be your BFF. She takes of everything to the last detail. We arrived to the room with fresh flowers and a stocked refrigerator/pantry. Carla even made a pitcher of fresh margaritas just because. We also had a dedicated cleaning staff led by Santa. Santa left us fresh water and chocolates each afternoon (for bed) and took lots of special touches such as decorating one of the bedroom doors for a birthday. We can’t wait to return!!

Amazing Condo with Panoramic Views

We were pleasantly surprised by the absolute beauty and large amount of space in this unit. We couldn't have had a better view. The decorations were gorgeous and modern and there is a huge outdoor space. 5 stars!

 Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.- This is a no smoking property. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas or on Villa Group Property.- Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.- All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.- All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
