Vacation of a Lifetime

This villa and resort were amazing. It was myself my wife and three kids (13, 10 and 8) for 5 days and four nights, wish is had been longer. Thank you Kris for making this amazing experience possible. This villa has everything and more. Plenty of space to relax after a long day or take a break from playing at the beach or pool. The views from the enormous balcony are unreal, you could spend the whole day out there if you desired. I can not think of one complaint or issue with this villa, it was perfection. I could go on and on about the villa, it exceeded all out expectations!!! Carla the hostess was absolutely fantastic, had everything ready for us upon our arrival, transportation from and to the airport, kitchen and bar stocked and everything else ready for our vacation. She took care of anything we needed while we were there, last minute grocery shopping and reservation and was always a phone call away. She also had great recommendations for our excursions which included zip lining and swimming with the Dolphins. Our favorite activity Carla organized for us was chartering a boat for a 1/2 day. Javier and Manuel (captain and first mate) were awesome. We didn't want a major deep sea fishing expedition, which we could have done, but just a nice sight seeing cruise around the bay and up the coast. Anchored in a beautiful bay on a beautiful day and snorkeled, played music and relaxed. Sounds like a lot for five days, thats why we needed more time. We would definitely come back to Cabo, this report and this villa. Highly recommended.

Best Ever !

What a beautiful Penthouse ! The moment my family arrived to this gorgeous unit we had margaritas , chips & salsa prepared for us. Also surprised with a beautiful full bar our host Kris set up for us. It was Great working with this premier host !!! Carla our personal concierge took care of so much before our arrival. Setting up a private chef for my 60th birthday party and 2 days later for our Thanksgiving dinner also she booked plenty of restaurants for us. The kitchen was stocked with food for us to enjoy and if we ran out a simple text to Carla and we would get more waters , food , booze or anything else needed. We cooked breakfast each morning in the kitchen full of everything you needed to cook with. One of the biggest concerns was the questionable 4th bedroom that had the murphy bed. Wow its a bedroom in itself and my daughter and her friend were very pleasantly surprised that they had a room other than being on a living room fold out couch. Plus the murphy bed was very very comfortable. Thank you for setting up the 2 pack and plays for my infant grand babies. They were perfect !! The jacuzzi out on the deck facing the ocean was the best !!! Many mornings , noons , evenings and late nights were enjoyed in it. We have come to this resort for years and this is the first time we stayed in 1502. I will remember that number for next time. Best family vacation ever. Also Maria cleaned each day which i wasn’t expecting that service. But with my family of 9 with the 2 babies it was so needed. She was lovely to be around. Thank you for opening your beautiful Penthouse for my family to enjoy and make everlasting memories in. Cant wait to come back soon !

Epic Vacation to Remember

We were already impressed before we got to the room. Carla, our private concierge worked with me for a month before we arrived on property to help me plan every detail for an epic vacation for our two children (18 and 20) and each of their two friends (also 18 and 20). Our son goes off to college in the fall and we wanted to do something memorable. Carla was the best! She did a grocery run for us, scheduled surfing lessons, a ziplining adventure, arranged rentals of wave runners and helped with dinner recommendations and reservations. She greeted us in front of the lobby when we arrived, walked us through check-in and escorted us the villa. Before giving a tour of the villa, she let us soak it all in. In a word, the villa is stunning! It has so much space--indoors and outdoors. Every room was nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. After we did a walk around we returned to the kitchen where Carla had prepared us chips with fresh pico de gallo she made from scratch, and margueritas for everyone! Carla was so helpful all trip long, and she checked in with us daily. Always with an engaging smile and positive energy. The villa worked well for everyone in our party. They boys had the bedroom with the two queens. My wife and I the main master suite with an incredible bathroom and huge shower and tub area. The girls had the other master suite. The fourth full bath came in really handy as well. Of course, the best part was the wrap around terrace. We spent a lot of time out there…most of it in the infinity edge pool. The kids would be in there for hours, looking down on the beach watching those silly enough to go into the water get repeatedly pummeled by the waves. Thanks so much Kris for a great villa, and thank you Carla for all your help. We are already trying to convince a two other couples to come down with us for another visit!

Cabo San Luca - Best Place We Have Stayed

We recently stayed in this unit for a family vacation (6 adults). We have a great time. The unit was so nice it was hard to leave to go do other activities. This was our fourth stay at Villa La Estancia and the entire family felt the space (and outdoor space) was by far the best we have experienced. Carla is also excellent at assisting with any needs. Our 2 families of 9 have been traveling together for 10 years and are always looking for a memorable place. We found it at 1502! From the minute you walk in you know this place is special. The fully stocked bar and beverage fridge is such a nice treat. Even in the Cabo heat, you can't help but sit outside in the many, nicely appointed seating areas enjoying the views. The infinity "cool" tub was a group favorite! It is wonderful having a local, in our case the lovely Carla, show us around and provide helpful tips. This place has all you could ask for in a vacation! Thank you from all of us.

5 Stars all the way! This penthouse was insanely gorgeous. 3 well appointed bedrooms, room for all our kids, friends and family. The kitchen is so much fun to cook in. We made breakfast daily and enjoyed the cool mornings on the patio with our cups of coffee. Can we talk about the beds...Beds are so comfortable. Views are amazing. 5 Star Luxury Penthouse

Wow. Often I am disappointed with VRBO or hotels that look nicer in their photos. This unit is far nicer in reality. I can't say enough good things about the place. Not only is the unit over the top luxurious, tasteful, and comfortable- but the resort and service area also top notch. All of the amenities I care about- nice gym, restaurants, spa, pools, beach front etc..... If you are looking to stay somewhere truly special- look no further!

The stay was perfect. Kris, the owner, had flowers with snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. The property was beautiful. The views from the balcony are better then the pictures on the VRBO site. The condition of the property was great. The property had all the ammendities you could ask for. Villa La Estancia was well run, great pool, nice work out facility. Carla, who helped oversee our trip, handled everything from dinner reservations to a snorkeling/sailing trip on the ocean. She made the trip so easy and relaxing, there was no wasted time. We will be back to this property and will recommend it to everyone we know that wants to enjoy all the beauty of Cabo.

Beautiful place!

Really wonderful place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't think of one thing that could have been better. So many details: the hot tub, the well equipped kitchen, having Carla available to ask questions and make arrangements, the beautiful rooms, the comfortable furniture inside and outside.... I could go on and on. I'm not sure there is a better view of Cabo around. Would definitely return! If you are wondering if the view can be that good from the photos on the rental website, it looks exactly like that or better.

Unbelievable

Villa 1502 at the Estancia is truly unbelievable. They have accomplished the art of luxury and style while making this Villa feel like the most wonderful home you could ever imagine. The furnishings are beautiful, but more importantly very comfortable. From the inside to the outdoor living area, every landing point was better than the last. The space layout was perfect, it was great for our large family, but couples or just friends would all be satisfied with these accommodations. With daily maid service to the most professional personal assistant Carla, their will be nothing you will ever need. Carla stocked our refrigerator and shopped for us through out the week. She took care of our reservations and welcomed us with amazing Margaritas, salsa and guacamole. This is truly a once in a lifetime privilege, I can't wait to experience again next year, and the next...! A Vacation Dream Come True!

This vacation was to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a dream come true! The spacious and luxurious outdoor living patio was spectacular. From the infinity hot tub, to the wonderfully appointed outdoor sitting areas to the quality sound system to the outside cooking area, this area was a perfect way to start and end any day with a world class view of of the Baha Peninsula. I even saw stingrays gracefully jump and seemingly fly every morning right from this wonderfully huge patio. The infinity hot tub was a family favorite where we just relaxed and watched the stars shine, the moon rise and fall and the sun rise in the east in the morning. It was a highlight of the trip. The indoor living space is a combination of class and comfort. Our 11 year old son loved having his own spacious bedroom and we enjoyed the long hallway that gave us the privacy we wanted in the master bedroom with direct access to the patio and a spectacular view.The master bathroom is huge. It had everything you would want. The kitchen makes a statement and we used it every other night as we loved eating together on the patio as the sun set. We had easy and effective internet access, cable TV, a high quality sound system that seemed to pleasantly embrace every room inside and outside. The cleaning staff was friendly and warm and always put in the extra time and effort to insure our satisfaction and comfort. The resort staff is best described as a culture of YES! Everything we asked for was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Carla was our concierge and she was a total delight as she arranged family dinners and special requests such as a last evening private dinner on the beach at the resort. That was a once in a lifetime experience. We also has access to a private boat for fishing and sight seeing. This was a highlight of our trip as we explored the seas around Cabo and enjoyed a sunset cruise. I have traveled the world and I have very high expectations. I appreciate attention to detail and responsive service. This vacation was most memorable and enjoyable. I had no worries as everything was taken care of for me. I enjoyed every single second of it and now a month later I think back with a huge smile on my face. You better book this very special place now before I book this penthouse for eternity!

I've been an owner at Villa La Estancia since 2007, and in 2015 we purchased this unit and spent 9 months remodeling and redecorating trying to make our unit upscale but comfortable.
