This stunning, waterfront home offers plenty of room to spend time together and spread out to enjoy the beautiful scenery. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, there is space to accommodate up to 13 guests quite comfortably.
You'll find 152 feet of Burt Lake frontage on Burt Lake's west side. With spectacular lake views from all living spaces and bedrooms, this home has something for everyone. The open floor plan allows guests to lounge by the fireplace in the 2-story great room, or wander to the casual dining area and spacious kitchen complete with island snack bar, double ovens and warming drawer. There is also a formal dining room with wet bar with lake views. The main level master suite opens to the lakeside deck. The walkout basement features a family / game room with pool table, fireplace, 2 BRs & bath. PLEASE NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. NO PETS
The house has all the comforts of home (bedding, towels, dishes, etc.) and the outside boasts a gazebo (complete with electricity), a fire pit and chairs, a dock and canoe.
From the amazing sunrises to the beautiful sunsets, you'll enjoy all of your time spent in our home away from home.
