We have purchased a new stove, HVAC unit and dishwasher this year and an updated master bathroom and second king bathroom. Unit 901 is a penthouse, four bedroom, three bath oceanfront corner unit with spectacular views. The condo is on the top floor and is takes up half of the top floor. The master bedroom and living room have some of the best views in North Myrtle Beach. There are two king beds, one double bed and two twin beds in the condo. There is a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, and the kitchen is stocked for light cooking. The property has an outdoor pool, WiFi access, and charcoal grills!

**Effective July 5th, 2024 - the HOA only allows for two cars on property. If there is a third car it will have to be parked either across the street or at The Beach and Company in Cherry Grove. Parking is first come first serve**
