Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very well appointed and the owners were extremely helpful. We would certainly rent it again. The pool is really good with fantastic views. We did quite a few day trips and all very easy. The local towns have some great restaurants.

Bella Vista - Montauroux

The property was first class, spotlessly clean, a very high level of equipment and a fantastic pool with fabulous views - could not be faulted and we would highly recommend this villa. 5 stars for the property and the hosts.

Wonderful place!

We had an amazing week at Laurent's place! The house is fantastic, the view stunning and Laurent and his wife are fabulous and very helpful hosts. The only regret we had was not booking for two weeks as time flies too fast such a place - we will correct that next time as we will for sure return.

A lovely villa with incredible views and brilliant location. The pool area is fabulous and the kitchens and living areas have everything you could need. Plenty of bathrooms for our family holiday of 4 adults and 2 teens. Excellent communication with Laurent and Suzy, and a very warm welcome. 10 min walk to the village square and boulangeries, short drive to Lac St Cassien and aquapark/SUP/pedalos. Highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic week

We were two families (9 in total) spending an amazing week in this beautiful house. The house is in really good shape, very well equipped and have plenty of nice social areas. We got a really nice welcome by the hosts, and we enjoyed every moment of this week both in this house but also in this very nice part of France.

Wonderful villa in an amazing location...

The villa was fantastic, lots of space both inside & outside, extremely well equipped and a stunning view. The villa is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk, to local shops. Take time to have a coffee in the square before heading to the boulangerie to pick up your daily croissants & baguettes - freshly baked - highly recommended! Our hosts, Laurent and Suze, were very hospitable and helpful. We are booking for next year and cannot wait to visit again.

Fabulous Montauroux

We spent two weeks in beautiful Bella Vista in Montauroux. The house was perfect for our group of 8 friends . The pool and the outside kitchen and area was used every day . So wonderful to come home to after exploring the little towns of the Var. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house - everything we needed. Laurant and Suzes were warm and welcoming

Perfect!

We spent a lovely holiday in this very comfortable house. You have everything you need for a pleasant time : air conditioning, swimming pool with sunbeds, two kitchens including one by the pool, and an amazing view. The place is really quiet. There is a large garden and parking place. Laurent and Suzie are very kind hosts, always keen in giving good recommendations about the places to visit in the area and they know the best restaurants! We will come back for sure. Thanks again Laurent and Suzie!

Cliffside luxury retreat

This fully-appointed, 3-story custom-crafted, villa perched high enough to see the Mediterranean is a family's perfect retreat. Each level has an outdoor, furnished lounge/eating area and 2 floors boast full kitchens. All bedrooms have AC, TV, movies, and books. Two bedrooms have lofts, which is exciting for kids sharing rooms. Walking distance to Montauroux (beautiful local village), short drive to Lac de Saint-Cassien, and less than an hour from Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Aix and numerous other points of interest. The owners take extreme care to ensure the cleanliness and quality of the property and pool so that your stay is luxurious. You will not want to leave!

Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Teenagern) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus, das noch schöner ist als auf den Bildern. Gerade der Outdoor Bereich mit Pool, Küche und sensationellem Blick haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, mit kalten Getränken und einer Roomtour. Laurent war immer erreichbar aber gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Wir können auch die Umgebung sehr empfehlen, tolle Wanderungen entlag der Siangne, Baden und Boote im Lac de Saint-Cassien, ein zauberhaftes Montauroux und Fayence mit kleinem Nachtmarkt und Dorffesten, Ausflüge nach Cannes und Nizza und auf dem Rückweg kann man gut die Verdonschlucht einbauen.Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Nice villa with a nice view, many places to sit and be both inside and outside and to adapt to your needs and activity. Several social areas and the possibility of privacy. Many practical things such as a washing machine, several showers and toilets make logistics easier. Very nice pool with a nice area around to be at. We have been 3 generations, including 2 children, and everyone has enjoyed the week. It has been easy to make excursions in the area and to the sea. Of all the houses we have lived in the last 35 years in France, this is one of the top two.

Really beautiful house. Comfortable and generous in size. Stayed with husband and 3 young adult children. Weather was unusually hot and we were very grateful for the air conditioning and pool.Enjoyed cooking together in the evenings thanks to the wonderful outdoor kitchen.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Montauroux verbracht. Wir wurden von Laurent und seiner Frau mit kühlen Getränken herzlichst empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht es ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein Highlight ist die große Außenküche...auch wenn es drinnen eine super Küche mit tollem Wohnbereich gibt, haben wir uns ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind super und gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und lädt zum Erholen ein. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei, so dass auch einem erholsamer Schlaf nichts im Wege stand. Es war so schön, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden :o)

Tolle Ferienwoche in Montauroux

Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kids im Alter von 14-19 Jahren) hatten eine super Ferienwoche in Montauroux. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele wie der Stausee, den Robinson Plage am Meer bei Cannes, Nizza, Cannes oder Grasse sind schnell zu erreichen. Für Radsportler (Gravel oder MTB) ist die Gegend gigantisch. Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung - aus unserer Sicht top und alles da was es braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und waren für Rückfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Die Übergaben waren gut organisiert und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Liebe Grüße an sie Gastgeber.
