Welcome to your villa near Disney which can comfortably host your friends/family upto 8+ and is located in a desirable vacation resort community. Enjoy the comforts of a private indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi. It has easy access to Disney & Orlando attractions.

The space

My villa is minutes away from major Orlando attractions including Disney , Universal and Sea World.

Plenty of restaurants nearby and if you want to cook as well, there is a super PUBLIX nearby , which is the best store for groceries and beyond.

Guest access

Master bedroom has an attached bath with a walk in closet. The living room and the master bedroom overlooks the backyard swimming pool. Kids bedroom has twin beds
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances for cooking including microwave and refrigerator with freezer and cookware. Bed linen, towels, water, gas, air-con in summer, electric power, cleaning before arrival and after departure are all included.
The backyard has a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi.

WiFi and Cable connection is available to stay connected and entertained.

Loved the pool. Everything was clean. The owner had it ready for me early which I was so grateful for. The only downside to everything was the bed made so much noise, but as I was on my own it didn’t matter.

This was a great property! Very clean and well maintained. The owner was very communicative and checked in on us via the app and made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to have an entire binder book about the house and things to do. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great sized property with all the facilities you need, clean and comfortable. Great place to relax after visiting the local attractions

This property is perfectly located close to the area attractions, yet far enough to avoid the tourist crowds. The house itself is setup to be a great place to return to and relax after a day at the parks or beach. The owner is friendly and very responsive to any questions through the Vrbo app. We encountered no difficulties with the house, and enjoyed our vacation undisturbed. We will certainly be returning to this property in the future!

Cheap and cheerful

Did exactly was it said on the tin - cheap villa and good value. Not the most up to date or modern, but worth the money. If you want something luxurious, pay some more money and look elsewhere. If you want a cheap and cheerful base to sleep then go out, this would do.

Just as pictured but failed 5 star review due to no instructions given for location of spa switch and switch for pool light. Again it was January so paying extra for pool heat is a must.

Orlando Home

The house was exactly as pictured. Communication was available whenever I reached out. The pool cover was hard to do and wasn’t able to use, but the host was able to get the pool heater on earlier in the morning so that helped a lot. The pool and spa was great and it even came with pool floats. I really enjoyed my stay and save this home for my next trip to Orlando.

The owner was very nice . The property needs updating but I knew that from previous reviews. The house is ok and the pool is nice jacuzzi makes a big difference thanks to the kindness of the owner he made sure we had it heating whenever we needed . Owner is great with communication and easy to work with . I will recommend to others for that price. Thank you again for everything.

Great house!

All but one thing was great about our stay! Communication, house, pool and hot tub were all wonderful! We had a little confusion with the check in process but that was easily resolved. The only thing that we had an issue with was the master bedroom bed. The box springs squeaked so loud when you moved that even when you rolled over you woke yourself up from the noise. Other than that I would recommend this house for your stay.

Long weekend for two adults. Recommended..

Villa was as advertised. Appliances were updated vs what is in the pictures. Pleased with our stay. The pool table & air hockey table are both broken and need to be replaced or just removed. If we had our kids with us, they would have been disappointed both were not usable. Overall, great house. Quiet area. Tons of stuff near by and easy to get to the mouse. Recommended definitely. Take care of the games room / garage and it’s a 10/10 review.

I'm very detailed so I hope I'm not saying too much..

This was our 5-dayish (4th of July)family weekend trip a moment to relax and get away from everyday hustle and bustle. We were supposed to have 8 people total along; but the rest wasn't able to make it, so it was only 3 of us in a 4 bedroom 2bth house... So lets start off with this location. The location was perfect for peace and quiet and within close proximity to restaurants, shops, activities not extremely far from the parks and was just a perfect location away from the craziness of traffic. Upon coming up to the location late, the outside light was on making it easy to spot. When we arrived, it was very easy to use the door code to get in and out. When we opened the door, I can tell before turning on the main lights that this place had been cleaned very well and smelled very fresh. The 1st bedroom you will encounter is the guest bedroom. The color of the room was not idea but who cares its just paint. The bed looked outdated and made lots of noise when my daughter sat on it. The tv in there was so small my daughter had to use her glasses to see the screen. The kitchen was very simple, and needs some updating on appliances and gadgets. The dishwasher came on by itself which scared us during the day/evening. It was nice that they left us some things like hand wash soap detergent pods, and like 2 trash bags. luckily i always bring my own. The living room dinning area was really too close and small, the table that was in the center seemed like it should not have been there.

Rental property

We stayed in this house for 8 days, we were busy running from ESPN and Disney properties. It was easy to get to and loved the quiet neighborhood. The property manager kept in contact with us and we didn't encounter any problems.
