This spacious newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath has all the amenities of home so all you need to do is pack your bags and come on down to the most magical place in the world. Just 20 minutes to Disney and shops. Minutes away from Championsgate golf courses. This villa has a full pool and Spa tub (not hot tub) heat is included, screen lanai and backs onto a lush conservation in the backyard no one to bother you while you enjoy your vacation in Orlando. We also have added a games room made up of Darts, ping pong and Table soccer as well. This property is close to I4, restaurants, shops and movie theaters.

Furniture not to be moved. Take Garbage to curb on Sunday and brought back Tuesday. No recycling in Polk County both bins considered garbage.
Parking vehicles in garage is PROHIBITED Garbage must be kept behind white fence at all times HOA Fines will be charged back pool heat included
Cleaning is included however this does not give you the right to use everything and leave for us to clean it is your responsibility to keep home clean

Our family stayed in this home for a few days while we enjoyed Disney. The location was great, only 20 minutes away. My wife and I agreed that the home was modern, clean and spacious for our family of 6. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub was nice and hot. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. The street is a little narrow with the cars parking on the road, but not a huge problem because there isn't lots of traffic. Lots of development around the area and once the road construction is done around the area commute times to the attractions should improve. Overall a very good value for the cost.

We had an awesome experience. House was absolutely beautiful and fit our family of 7 perfect!! My girls loved the pool!! My boys loved the game room (hubby included) The only tiny down side was no tvs in the bed rooms and the tvs that where in the house where not smart tvs. (Minor detail we didn't need the tvs) The host was very responsive and polite. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen item needed to cook (however we couldn't find trash bags) again minor detail!! Overall amazing experience and when we are back in the area we'll definitely be renting from this host again!!!

We believe that our home will be as if you are still in your very own home but filled with relaxing enjoyment around the pool or adventure down at Disney, Universal or Sea world, perhaps some MLB spring training. Why they chose this property

This property was a year in the making to find that perfect location not to close to the noisy downtown but not too far from it either it gives the best of both worlds and allows a lot of choice during your stay. Restaurants theatres, Bars. It’s all there within minutes of the home. Its surrounded by a lush forest in behind the property for absolute privacy while enjoying a swim or Spa tub soak in a screened in linai.

What makes this property unique

Not only is this a 2300sq ft villa filled with a lot of amenities it gives you a lot of choice whether you want to relax in the pool or head out and enjoy Orlando or Tampa. There is nothing for you to bring to this home just yourself. Welcome to our lovely house in the sunshine state!

Whether you come with family or friends, our place has everything you might need to have a wonderful time. Visit Disney World only 20mins. away, or Universal Studios 45 mins, Seaworld 20 mins which is also close by!
Take advantage from our great centric location and visit as much as you can!

Make use of our private pool after a long exhausting day out! Spend quality time with your loved ones.

Guests will be able to access the entire house and enjoy the private pool. Pool heat included pool will be set to 88 and spa tub will be set to 92 when in use.
