Sandpebble is a beautiful new villa in the highly sought-after Turtle Cove neighborhood. This trendy, modern-designed three-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage (which shares a common wall with its neighbor, Sandpiper) offers beautiful turquoise views and easy access to the nearby Turtle Cove Marina – just a short 5-minute walk. Enjoy beachfront access to miles of the powder-white sands of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, or swim just in front of Villa Sandpebble to experience the island’s best snorkeling at Smith’s Reef (a protected nature reserve teeming with life). Just a few steps from your private pool, with ample seating and a private BBQ, you’ll find miles of sugar-white sand to sink your feet and welcome the gentle sea waves. If you like to snorkel, swim, or gaze out at the unbelievable hues of the Turks and Caicos seas, you're in for a treat.

Make coffee and tea, or cook meals in Sandpebble’s furnished modern kitchen (cook meals and enjoy them al fresco by the pool!). The villa also offers a stylish and comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas.

Sandpebble offers three bedrooms--perfect for a family or group of friends. The main floor bedroom includes a king bed and a private ensuite bath. Two master bedrooms with king beds (one with an ensuite bath) are located on the second level, including the master bedroom with stunning views of the ocean and horizon, a balcony, and a large, ensuite, open bathroom. The third bedroom on this upper level is an identical layout with Turtle Cove Marina views.

Maid service is provided before and after your stay and a one-time mid-week.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be back. To have Smith’s reef literally right out the door was priceless. The Villa had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend it. We walked to the restaurants in Turtle Cove and they were great. It was the perfect Villa and perfect location.

The layout of the house was spectacular, and its cleanness was spot on. Beautiful condo!The property manager responded to anything right away. The location of this property couldn't be more ideal. Would defiantly stay here again.

Best Villa

We had the most amazing trip. The beach house was immensely clean, had all the amenities, was so luxurious, and was in the perfect location. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Will definitely be back again and will be looking to stay in a TC Villa!

Paradise in Turtle Cove

Phenomenal house and exactly as described. Epic views and amenities. Centrally located making it ideal for dining, exploring the island and catching the vibe. Will be back! Can’t go wrong with this location and house 💯❤️

Really nice week; needs some minor tweaks

Had a great week. The property is beautiful. Needs a bit of attention to small details. Needs blackout shades in the 2 upstairs bedrooms; furnishings in the living/dining area is a bit sparse; the third bedroom needs somewhere to hang clothes; there’s one slat of the blinds missing; half our group felt the bushes needed a major trimming so you could see the ocean; it’s very walkable to the marina and 2 restaurants - (Turks Wave for breakfast) and (Mango’s for lunch or dinner), the best is very nice, it is coarse with shells, swimming is good once you get past the rocky area; snorkeling is great; we rented a 38’ boat named BossBabe twice and that was the highlight of the trip. Really nice week!

Great location, exceptional house.

The location of this house is excellent, nestled right in front of a reef. You can snorkel or just hang out on basically your own private beach. The house is very modern, extremely nice, and has amazing views out of your bedroom. You can wake up to the oceanfront every day. They have a grill which we used every night and restaurants are right around the corner. The responsiveness from the management team was top notch. They take care of you for anything you need. Note that this is near the smith reef and the entrance to the beach can be a bit rocky. This isn’t a big deal as you can walk down the beach to get away from the rocky entrance. This is also very close to Grace Bay which is more of what Turks and Caicos is known for.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sandpebble Villa! It comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids. The first floor is spacious and has a fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need. The bedrooms are spacious. There is laundry onsight. The pool and surrounding deck made it easy to vacation and were beautiful. We had easy access to the beach which was only steps aways. The best snorkeling spot was right behind the villa. We had a fantastic stay and definitely would come back.

Adult Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at TC Villas. The villa was clean. The lower bedroom had limited clothing storage options with nowhere to hang clothes and you had to leave your personal space to use a common bathroom. A couple of Command Hooks would go a long way. Better suited to kids than adults. The beach was very close to the house and had good snorkeling, but it was rocky and on the north shore of the island so plan on bringing swim shoes. Also, the pool is not heated so was not used much as this side of the island was fairly windy. It was an easy walk to the nearby restaurants and the food was of good quality and variety. If you are looking for a place to escape, this is a good choice.

Villa Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this villa especially since our trip happened to be so last minute. We were greeted by the property manager who explained everything to us with great detail and he also gave us plenty of recommendations for activities/dining on the island. We also happened to arrive a bit early and it didn't seem to be an issue as they were ready for us the second we arrived. The three kings bedrooms and giant kitchen area really make for a comfortable stay with a group (we had two friends meet us and felt we could've invited even a few more!). The pictures don't do the space the justice and the pictures are gorgeous! The beds were extremely comfortable and master view of the ocean is serene. We loved that our location was right on the beach as we would wake up each morning and snorkel The out door furniture and pool make for an easy leisure pool day, it is equipped with lounge chairs, tables, and floats. The neighboring villas were empty but given the lay out I don't think it would have ever mattered whether they were in use or not. This is the second time we've stayed at a TC Villa and it certainly won't be the last! We had a late flight the final day and we never felt forced out at an particular. I am definitely looking forward to my next stay!

The villa was perfect. Exactly as pictured in listing maybe even slightly larger than we expected.

We absolutely loved Villa Sand pebble! It was beautiful and clean and the views just stunning! The check in/out process was easy and they were very accommodating snd let us drop luggage early the way we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Villa Sandpebble

Great Villa and location. Walking distance to marina and a few restaurants. The island is beautiful with snorkeling right outside the Villa and calmer beaches for just floating in the turquoise water are just a short drive away. We would recommend renting a car to explore the island. There are several great restaurants to enjoy and we always found the staff very friendly and accommodating. There were a few things that we would would say need improvement. The listing says 3 bedrooms, but one of them does not have a closet, has a standup fan and bathroom is across the hallway. There were coolers, snorkel gear, floats and umbrellas for your use, but the beach chairs do need upgrading. Also, there was no full length mirror in the Villa which would be nice. Overall we found the experience we had at the Villa and on the island was wonderful. PS - driving is a little tricky, we are from the USA, but our husbands adapted pretty quickly.

The photos do NOT do this property justice. It is far more spacious! The pool is a perfect size! The views are stunning! The snorkeling out of the door is outrageous! Eagle rays, sharks, barracuda, sting rays, turtles, and fish galore. I’d recommend this as a 10/10!
