Escape to the newest two-bedroom beachfront villa on Grace Bay Beach! Enjoy a serene setting within walking distance to many restaurants, the island’s main marina, and the best snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, directly in front of the villa. Villa Sandpiper offers beautiful turquoise views of the world-famous Grace Bay from its three levels of living space.

This beautiful villa features an open concept that offers gorgeous views in all directions. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining supplies for preparing great meals. The villa also offers a BBQ grill, perfect for grilling freshly caught fish! Dine at the kitchen bar or al fresco, overlooking the world-famous Grace Bay Beach. The private plunge pool is ideal for cooling off, or you can walk right by it and onto Grace Bay Beach for wonderful swimming and snorkeling.

Villa Sandpiper offers two spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath. The master bedroom is on the second level and is furnished with a king bed, two private terraces, and a flat-screen TV. Take in the sea views from your bed, or enjoy views of the marina from the other end. Both viewpoints are elevated from the third-floor terrace, offering panoramic views of our beautiful island. The second bedroom is on the beach level and offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and flatscreen TV.

Notes:

• At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge its service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.

• Sandpiper shares one wall with the villa Sandpebble. The two properties have private pools and amenities.

• Note: Guests are given an AC allotment of $150 per week; beyond that, guests are charged back at cost. AC is available throughout the entire villa.

• Sandpiper is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.

Very private, safe, beautiful Villa

The manager (Tox) was very attentive and helpful. The place was very clean, had nice amenities, and a beautiful ocean-side view. Great snorkeling right outside, great swimming a short walk down the beach.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

The property was well maintained and the team supporting us were professional and very prompt to address any issues that we experienced. the location is mostly private with great amenities including Smith's reef directly off the beach. The property is well located near restaurants and shopping. Great location! Great property!

Beautiful Villa

We loved our week stay at Sandpiper Villa. The condo was beautiful and clean. Snorkeling directly from the beach gave us the opportunity to see turtles and an amazing variety of fish. Only downside was that the pool is mostly shaded during the day. We would love to return soon

This VRBO is close to the some of the best snorkeling in the world, has a private pool and rooftop deck that begs the question: what else would you want!? Absolutely perfect. Thank you for quick communication and easy process!!! Will stay again!

Paradise

If you look at the pics and wonder ‘could it be that perfect’? The answer is yes. Everything about the house was as advertised. It didn’t feel like a vacation rental, it felt like home. We cooked most evenings and had every thing we needed. The views are insane. The water and snorkeling as advertised. And the pool was always the perfect temp. We will definitely be back!

We had a great week. Weather was very hot so the pool was a godsend. The villa was really nice and well equipped with good furnishings and cold AC. Two things could be improved- first we found a lot of ants in every room. Also a lack of privacy in the upper level bedroom as the shades did not close fully leaving a large gap for people to see in.

Amazing

It was a beautiful and clean property. I have 0 complaints. Everything was as pictured. I loved that the managers were available for questions. The cleaning person always did a great job. I had access to Netflix and prime which was really nice too. All the appliances were also in great shape. I would definitely come back again.

Sandpiper Grace Bay

Great place overall. Really enjoyed the roof top deck for sunsets and catching the sun. Kitchen was adequately appointed and everything worked well. I called the manager about the barbecue leaking gas and they had a replacement part installed within a short time. They ask you to not run the AC all day and monitor the amount of electricity that you use. If you use more than the amount allowed they will charge extra. The beach in front is coral so you need to walk about 300 feet to the east of the property to enter the ocean in a sandy place. The view from the fsecond floor bedroom and roof top are excellent. The view from the kitchen is restricted by the hedge along the pool and other plants. The pool doesn’t get a lot of sunlight although it gets some and again trimming some of the trees and shrubs would be helpful. Grocery store and restaurants are close by although you need a car. Overall it’s a great place although I would appreciate more view of the waterfront from the main living area.

Amazing home

First off- this is the cleanest home we have ever rented. Other homes that are “clean enough” always bother me some…but this house was spotless. The corners of the floors, the door frames, the walls, the towels, spotless. The kitchen drawers were perfectly staged and cleaned- a very first in the dozens of homes we have rented over the years. I cannot say enough good things about how cozy and clean it was. The check-in was a little confusing because the gate code didn’t work (a stuck number on the pad) so we weren’t sure if we were in the right location. We got it figured out though! The views are breathtaking, the pool is refreshing, and the snorkeling is incredible. Definitely check for kitchen provisions before you head to the store- there was nothing but aluminum foil haha. Rent a car and go have some meals at the resorts and check out all the beaches and then head back to the private oasis of this private home! We will be back next year and wouldn’t change a single thing about this trip!

Excellent house for snorkeling and relaxation

The house was amazingly close to Smith's Reef. Bring your own gear and prepare to be truly amazed. My entire family had a good time on the reef. I personally spent hours each day visiting and revisiting the reef each day. Early in the morning is best to see Rays and all the other Marine life you can imagine. You also best the tour groups showing up. Be sure to visit Magnolia restaurant close to the house for a sunset dinner and great food, mood, and service. I can not wait to return to this island. The people of the Turks keep their island clean and are most welcoming. A rental car is a must as many worthwhile places to visit, eat, and shop are a bit far. The house and the staff did a great job getting us into the property and setting us up for a relaxing time. I highly recommend this house for family's of 4 or less as long as your kids can share a room and a bed. The guest room for them allowed them each there own sink though which was very convenient. I could go on and on about how great this island, the house, and the people were on all fronts.

Very beautiful.

We overall enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that happened that the property manager was attentive to though some of the solutions were less than perfect. One big example were the screens on the sliding glass doors to the back pool and the upstairs Master Bedroom. They fell off their tracks the first night that we were there. Their solution was to remove all the screens and place them on the side of the house. The problem with that is they do not want you using the A/C all the time since it is very expensive but no screens lets in all the mosquitos. We had a lot of bug bites. The ice maker did not work and the alarm system did not work.

Beautiful Property, clean, gorgeous views.

This is a very nice unit. It’s on Smith reef which is a great snorkeling spot. I came to dive and the reef off of our condo was as good as diving. In fact you can see a large school of eagle rays frequently on the reef. Just go to the left of the condo by the red and green marker. I saw 8 of them with in ten minutes of arriving. Will need a car as grace bay is a bit of a drive. Mangos is a great restaurant within walking distance.
