House has a covered lanai (seating area), pool and spa which backs to a green belt. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. The main master, guest bedroom, and second master all include wi-fi enabled tvs. 4 out of the 5 rooms upstairs include walk in closets. The house was purchased in june and updated with new furniture. The washer dryer, gas range and oven and refrigerator are all new. The game room includes nee ping pong table, 7.5 ft pool table, air hockey game table, indoor basketball, board games, jumanji, taboo, toys for little kids and an xbox360 with Kinect and multiple games.

Why they chose this property
Both of us graduated from University of Florida, Gainesville and since we both loved the awesome theme parks in Orlando, we decided that this would be a place we would come back to.
