Solterra Resort charges a one-time amenity access fee of approximately $35 to $45 per home, per reservation. This fee provides access to the resort amenities for the duration of your stay.

Solterra Resort is a popular vacation community with convenient access to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf, and other Central Florida attractions.

It is a great home base for guests who want the comfort and privacy of a vacation home with resort amenities nearby.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per dog, per reservation. Maximum of two dogs. The pet fee is not included in the booking total and must be added directly with the host after booking. Guests must register pets and agree to the pet policies. No cats or other animals are permitted.

Important Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. A starter supply kit is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and one hand soap per bathroom. Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, extra paper goods, and personal items.

Pool/jacuzzi heat is not available at this time.
