Built in the late 1800’s this treasured home has been restored to keep up with modern conveniences while adhering to the original charm and character of days past .
Drive 10 mins to beautiful Ray Roberts lake and state park where you can swim at a beached off area , go hiking , or have a bbq .
Winstar casino is about 35 mins and offers lots of night life with concerts , shows and restaurants.
While this is a quiet , quaint and very small town , there are several restaurants within a mile of the home .
Enjoy your continental breakfast and coffee out on the deck with a 200 year old cotton tree that offers some shade .
Spend the weekend close to Dallas but feel like you are in an era when life was simple and time treasured .
