I never stayed here. I booked this room and showed up at check-in time but couldn’t get inside. I called and messaged the host whose phone number had been disconnected and they did not respond to messages. I eventually contacted VRBO customer service who did their due diligence and eventually cancelled my reservation and set me up to receive a full refund.
