This location is ideal for your vacation, and is also suitable for people who come for a spa treatment, since we are 30 minutes from Dax or Saubusse. Close to all amenities, you have a small shopping area 600m away with a bakery, restaurants, bicycle rental ... This semi-detached accommodation, not overlooked, can accommodate 4 people. max., is on a fenced plot. On the ground floor, it has a patio with barbecue, a parking space within the property, a covered terrace with a garden furniture (1Table + 4chaises + 2chaises longue). It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom (2 single beds), a bedroom / mezzanine (1 double bed), 1 bathroom, 1 WC.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin Aline Gonelle. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend eingebettet im Pinienwald. Die Abende haben wir auf der Terrasse mit kleinem Garten genossen. Zum Meer fußläufig ca 10 Minuten, das hat uns fit gehalten:).Herzlichen Dank an Aline Gonelle für den herzlichen Empfang. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Logement très agréable et très bien situé pour découvrir les plages landaises sud. Lac marin accessible à pied et un bonheur pour circuler à vélo. Sous les pins dans un cadre reposant et ressourçant. Je recommande avec des enfants. Un accueil impeccable et agréable des hôtes qui sont des personnes charmantes. Rapport qualité, emplacement, prix : excellent. Si vous faites ce bon choix, je recommande également deux restaurants de la plage du Lac marin côté Souston : la pizzeria au feu de bois face à la plage et La planque à l’angle des commerces du lac… un baba au rhum inoubliable et incroyable pour le goûter…

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr ruhig gelegenen Ecke am Ende des Lac Marin Port d'Albret. Ein eingezäunter privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus half uns unser Auto schnell und zügig zu ent-, sowie auch zu beladen. Wir verbrachten in dem Haus wunderschöne Wochen und musste zum Teil auch in den ersten Wochen arbeiten. Hier hatten wir zum Glück unser Starlink mitgenommen. Das angebotene Wi-Fi reicht für den Gelegenheitssurfer, aber für eine Videokonferenz, Streaming etc. ist es leider zu schwach. Hierzu sollte man sagen, im Normalfall verbringt mir hier seinen Urlaub und nicht seine Onlineaktivitäten. Somit für Mail und Surfen reicht es.Wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber vor, wir haben nur Kleinigkeiten ergänzt, die nun für Nachfolger bereitstehen. Bedauerlicherweise haben wir die Kaffeemaschinenkanne in Ihre Bestandteile zerlegt, und auch hier für Ersatz gesorgt. Aline hatte dies sehr freundlich aufgenommen, auch sollte ich nochmals hervornehmen, dass bei einem Zwischenfallen mit dem Eingangsschloss, es musste erneuert werden aufgrund des Alters, sie schnell mit Rat und Tat zu Seite stand und der Austausch innerhalb von Minuten vonstattenging.Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir würden uns freuen hier wieder einen Urlaub verbringen zu können.Nochmal ein Dankeschön an Aline, sie war eine unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, hat uns einen tollen Start ermöglicht und war immer erreichbarDanke schön

Erholsamer Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe

Das erste was einem nach einigen Minuten im Ferienhaus auffällt ist - die Ruhe. Kein Lärm, keine Fahrzeuge - einfach Ruhe. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso so schnell kommt man zum Strand, welcher in einem hervorragenden Zustand ist. Auch unser Hund war vom Strand begeistert, allerdings angeleint sollte er sein. Alles in der Umgebung ist sauber und geordnet. Fahrradfahren ist dank ausgebauter Fahrwege super möglich. Es war ein schöner und toller Urlaub.

Vacances à Souston

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette jolie location qui est très bien située dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces, du lac et des plages. Je tiens à souligner la propreté, le bon agencement des lieux, et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ainsi que leur disponibilité. Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement pour nos prochaines vacances dans cette magnifique région !

Séjour excellent

Très bon séjour. Logement propre à l'ombre des pins, bien équipé notamment en ventilateurs... ( petit bemol pour la kitchenette qui en est vraiment une😉, du coup pas de grande cuisine et frigo un peu petit pour 4 mais conforme à l'annonce!) très bien situé, terrasse. Tout peut se faire à vélo, courses, plage, lac, marché. Proche de la Velodysse. Propriétaire arrangeant et sympathique. Bref super séjour!

Vieux boucau, nous y reviendrons !

Très bon accueil, cottage propre et confortable, coin tranquille, un peu en retrait du village et des plages. Mieux vaut disposer de bicyclettes. A recommander.

Retour sur cette agréable location (CB)

Très belle location, très bien située. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller ce très bel endroit où vous retrouvez le calme et la sérénité. Vous pouvez vous reposer en pleine nature avec tous les avantages d'une charmante petite propriété en pleine pinède. Ce bien est très bien équipé. La literie est très agréable. L'environnement est vraiment charmand. L'accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires est également à souligner. Nous y retournerons certainement. Merci à eux et à bientôt !

Location très bien, environnement super...

Logement très bien situé, dans un endroit calme. Parfaitement fonctionnel pour 4 et pour passer son temps à l'extérieur. L'accessibilité immédiate au lac et à la plage en quelques centaines de mètre permet à chacun de trouver son activité selon la météo et ses envies. Avec des vélos ou à pied aussi toutes les commodités sont accessibles (restaurant, commerce...) Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et retenons cette adresse. Très bonne combinaison pour passez de bonnes vacances. Pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont accessibles et très sympathiques.

Un séjour détente et familiale

Une location adaptée à une famille de 4 personnes, dans un cadre calme et agréable, on oublie la voiture et on vit à vélo pour accéder facilement à l'océan ou au lac marin, idéal pour les enfants. L'accueil est chaleureux. L'appartement est propre et maintenue à niveau au fur et à mesure. Cela fait 3 ans que l'on profite de son charme.

Le calme au coeur de la pinède

Situé au coeur de la pinède, la location est très agréable. La loggia permet de prendre ses repas en extérieur et de profiter de la douceur du climat landais. 2 transats permettent de se reposer au soleil dans le jardinet. L'équipement est complet, pour un petit séjour on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. La literie est bonne et la déco sympa. A noter; une place réservée pour garer la voiture et une très bonne connexion Wi Fi. Pour conclure: une agréable location et un très bon accueil de Mme Gonelle
