Great for the outdoors

The outdoor part of the house is great and spacious. The kitchen is small but functional. There is very limited space for clothes in the twin bedroom. you can walk to the beach. We took our bikes to the beach with lifeguards (5min by bike). The owner is quick in responding and very explicit on how he wants you to treat his house.

Wonderful location

The pictures don't represent the coolness of this location. Perfectly situated, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Should have been cleaner. The system, that the guests clean up the appartement for the next following guests can be ok but can also fail. Our host, Mme Poublanc, ist a wonderful person and we hope to meet her again next year!

Hossegor - beach & lake

A great location close to beach and lake with ample space indoor and out and well equipped. Fantastic decking with seating, table, bbq & shade for those who prefer. The bonus was an outdoor shower & wetsuit drying rails, which was a big hit with our 18 year surfing son & friend. Bedrooms have quiet AC which is needed on warmer evenings. Downstairs stays cool & has a modern interior. Lots to do nearby including an outlet centre selling surf/skate wear and some super restaurants or go to the market & cook on the bbq. Bring mossie spray! Would love to come back. Thank you.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Hossegor. Das Haus liegt optimal zwischen See und Meer, beides ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Besonders die Außendusche ist perfekt nach einem Strandtag. Hervorzuheben ist der schöne Außenbereich. Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten dort einnehmen, und selbst bei Regen hĂ€tte man draußen sitzen können. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl wir mit dem Wetter wĂ€hrend unseres Urlaubs etwas Pech hatten, konnten wir uns wunderbar an der Unterkunft aufhalten. In der KĂŒche ist alles da, um toll zu kochen. Die Überdachung draußen ist Regen fest, so dass man trotzdem draußen sitzen kann. Uns hat es super gefallen!

Cadre apaisant, quartier calme et en mĂȘme temps Ă  2 pas de la plage de la GraviĂšre et du lac.TrĂšs jolie dĂ©coration et bel extĂ©rieur. Location trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e.Maisons mitoyennes mises en location et ça peut ĂȘtre un peu bruyant quand tout le monde est sur sa terrasse.Je recommande vivement et je ne manquerai pas de revenir.

Superbe maison entre mer et lac!

Séjour trÚs agréable entre dune et lac. Maison trÚs sympathique avec une superbe terrasse et sa douche chaude extérieure, un must Nous avons aussi apprécié la décoration. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Immer noch perfekte Lage

Sehr gut gelegenes Reihenendhaus mit schön großer Terrasse und neuen Loungemöbeln. Die Außendusche hat gut funktioniert und war ein klares Plus. Die Sitzmöbel im Innern und die Betten sind leider alle durchgelegen und bei (lang anhaltendem) schlechtem Wetter wĂ€re ein weniger durchgesessenes Sofa etc. hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Vertretung vor Ort hat immer sehr gut funktioniert.

L’emplacement des surfeurs

Bel appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© pour les surfeurs: plage sauvage Ă  5 min Ă  pied. L’extĂ©rieur est trĂšs agrĂ©able et conforme aux photos, il y a mĂȘme une douche pr le retour de la plage! Une table a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e Ă  l’intĂ©rieur suite aux commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents. PrĂ©sence d’un escalier moderne peut ĂȘtre un peu difficile pr des enfants en bas Ăąge. Une caution par chĂšque pourrait vous ĂȘtre demandĂ©e Ă  votre arrivĂ©e sur place.

Le logement est en rapport avec les photos prĂ©sentĂ©es. Le lieu est idĂ©al proche mer lac et centre ville. L' accueil est correct. NĂ©anmoins c'est un logement mitoyen ( selon les voisins cela peut ĂȘtre calme comme gĂȘnant) A l'arrivĂ©e il faut ĂȘtre vigilant sur le mĂ©nage fait car on peut avoir de mauvaises surprises ( frigo non nettoyĂ©, filtre de lave vaisselle sale, grille pain non vidĂ©, poubelle sentant la cigarette, toiles d' araignĂ©e en intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur. La literie du grand lit serait peut-ĂȘtre Ă  changer (matelas grinçant) et il manque une table dans la salle Ă  manger.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub, super Wetter, super Wellen und eine Unterkunft in bester Lage. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und die große Terrasse eignet sich bestens zum entspannen. Ein absolutes Plus ist die Aussendusche. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank auch an die unkomplizierte Betreuung vor Ort.

Exzellente Lage

Das Reihenhaus liegt perfekt zwischen Strand und See. Auch Hossegor ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist ein klarer Pluspunkt, wenn auch alles etwas mehr Pflege bedĂŒrfte. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, doch einige Möbel und Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und man hĂ€ngt beim liegen/sitzen ziemlich durch. Leider war der Wasserdruck fast nicht vorhanden, so dass das Duschen im Bad schon schwierig war und in der Außendusche unmöglich wurde. Die Kommunkikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Vertretung vor Ort, Genevieve, war problemlos, gut und schnell. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung!
