The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a twin bed, the first floor includes a bedroom with a twin sized bunk bed and one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. Lovely private back yard with a patio set, gas grill and solo stove. Roof deck with sunset views and water views of Great Pond.
Just 200 yards to a pathway that leads to Great Pond with a small beach to kayak or swim. Less than a 5 minute drive to Menahaunt Beach.

Hello, we are Matt and Danielle and would like to thank you for considering our home for your vacation! We are life long residents of Massachusetts and our love for the beach and Cape Cod led to our purchase of this home in 2018 to make life long memories with our children.
Why they chose this property
This property is ideal for families with young children who want to just load up a beach cart for a short walk to an Association Beach on Great Pond where the kids can build sandcastles, hunt for hermit crabs and watch boats go back and forth. Adults will love our roof deck with beautiful water and sunset views and our outdoor shower where you can rinse the kids off after a long day at the beach. We are just a short drive to downtown Falmouth, which features several shops and restaurants and also to the Ferry that can take you to Martha's Vineyard.
