Entertainment sized deck with gas grill, hammock for relaxing and gazebo for photo ops! the kitchen is fully stocked and appliances are new. Cozy living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Walk to library, playground, and stores. Bring your kayak and then rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. Make your Cape memories! Why they chose this property

Great location and close to everything Falmouth has to offer. The remodel has been a labor of love. With all new hardwood floors, paint, appliances and home decor that is true Cape Cod style. The deck runs3/4 of the back of the house with three different seating/eating area.. The hammock is hung and just waiting for you to read a book in or swing the kids in! In a quite neighborhood that is close enough to all the action and fun.
