Upgraded condo in the heart of McCormick Ranch

This condo is used exclusively for hosting guests in the Scottsdale area for business or a leisure getaway, for a day or more extended stays. Our furnishings and cleanliness are approached at the level of service of an upscale hotel suite operation - using professional cleaning and high efficiency air filters. We offer our guests spacious rooms with comfy bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, 2025 washer and drier, and a desk to conduct business - all to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed whether in town for business or a family vacation. There is an external security camera facing the front door.
Complex amenities include sauna, tennis court, 3 pools (one heated), gym, community center.
Dogs are welcome. Please add one time $95 cleaning fee for each pet.

Apartment complex next to the FWY. Not very good if you're a light sleeper. Bathroom needed thorough cleaning.

Needs a little upgrading compared to other condos. Kitchen appliances and cookware could use an upgrade. Dishwasher didn’t rinse correctly and left soap residue. Bed comfortable and nice to have basic cooking ingredients provided.

We made ourselves right at home and enjoyed our stay. Good location and well kept condo grounds for short walks with our dog. Very dog friendly. We were scheduled to stay one week but ended staying two due to car trouble. Our Host, Boris, was very helpful and we were able to extend with no problem.

Great basecamp

The unit is fairly basic but a perfect place to return to after a day of activities. Booked as a fairly last minute stay and could not have gone smoother. Only minor negative i would say, is while pets are allowed, there were no pet supplies in the unit such as food/water dishes so we had to use a mixing bowl for water. Not enough of an issue to affect the overall experience but still would be nice to see something if there is a return visit.

Good Basic Unit

This was a good unit; basic, but good. The bed and shower were excellent. Closet space was good. The kitchen was well appointed. I liked the availability of a very good fitness center. The couch and chair in the living room were not comfortable at all. While there was a nice TV, we could not figure out how to get basic cable, if there was any. I would recommend to Boris to put a full sliding shower door on. We put towels down to limit the water on the bathroom floor. This unit is close to the freeway, which can be heard, but it was not intrusive. It had a nice pool and hot tub area.

Instructions on how to watch cable is laminated on the wall and in the listing. We would be happy to explain what button to press once you had asked. I would recommend Elizabeth to rent a unit with a full sliding door if that is a concern.

Wonderful stay!

We would highly recommend this condo. Location was great, close to food, gas, groceries and baseball spring training! We spent 5 nights and it was perfect for the two of us. Boris was very quick to respond to emails and very gracious! We plan on returning for our next trip.

The condo was very clean and very well appointed. The bedroom had a huge well lighted closet that worked well. The only issue we had was the queen size bed. It was very uncomfortable for us at least. Way too soft! More lamps in the family room would be a good addition. We had a great time.

Great central location with all the conveniences of home

We loved the location as our base for a hiking trip to the Phoenix area. It's proximity to the 101 made it easy to travel the area. A slight downfall is that it is a little noisy. It's nice to have a full kitchen to have some meals at the condo. It's also close to good restaurants and groceries. A must see for a trip to the Phoenix area is the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM). It is fabulous. We suggest a 2-day pass, so you have plenty of time to see it all.
