The host, John, was welcoming and very responsive when issues arrive. The condo is very comfortable and has all the items needed for an extended stay.This condo is in the Paradise Valley area, and close to many good restaurants and grocery stores for when you want to stay in.

Very Safe Complex

The property is gated and secure. The unit is very well equipped for a longer stay like I had. The only issue i encountered was the very high bed frames. Im short so i had to buy a stepstoll! I recommend this property.

Great location, lovely condo

We stayed about 6 weeks. There are two nice bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. A very nice kitchen with all the utensils you might need for a day. We bought extra bowls and spoons,so we wouldnt have to run the dishwasher every day. Nice TV with enough cable channels, and we were able to line up our Netflix and Prime.The sofa and single chair in the living area were not particularly comfortable.Really lovely spot near area being converted to major shopping. This made Costco, many and varied restaurants, Walmart and many other conveniently close. There are unusable tennis couts on the property. A not vert clean, nor well equipt, gym on the property. There is a very nice pool annd hot tub, though in different locations. A very efficient laundry facility also on property.

Thank you Roberta for your comments. They are getting quotes to refurbish the tennis courts later this year and hopefully will add pickleball also. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo and the surroundings. Hope you visit again soon.

We were very happy with the condo we rented from Mr. Tomaras. The condo had been recently renovated and had all the comforts of home, as well as a kitchen equipped with a good supply of dishes, cookware and utensils. The complex was very well maintained and attractive and we especially enjoyed the heated pool. Mr. Tomaras was responsive to all our questions before and during our stay.
