Have the ultimate Arizona retreat when you escape to this private 2 story phenomenal Maricopa vacation rental home, with easy access to an endless supply of fun activities! This 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence has enough space for 10 guests to spread out comfortably. After an eventful morning filled with golfing, shopping or sightseeing, return home to spend the afternoon lounging outside by the sparkling private pool!

The private back living space faces southwest so you have sun all day until it sets, and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Large covered patio with ample seating, lounge chairs by the pool, new Weber Gas Grill, a portable cooler that you can move to the pool area all make for an enjoyable outdoor venture.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped to meet your needs – all you should need is the food.
The family room has a 55” big screen SMART TV. CABLE/TV/FREE NETFLIX is already set up, but if you have Amazon, HULU accounts – you can log into them from the main screen. Free WIFI throughout the house.
Master Bedroom has King bed, cable TV, huge walk-in closet with built-ins. Master Bath has separate shower/toilet, dual sinks.
Two bedrooms have queen beds with quality comfortable mattresses and a TV in each room, ample closet space and full-length mirrors.
The 4th bedroom has a double bed, ample closet space and full length mirror. The loft area has a 47” TV, plus a double bed in case you need that extra space for sleeping, there is a privacy screen you can use.

We have a pack-n-play for the really young, plus another queen-size aerobed if you still need more sleeping space.

Copper Sky Recreation Complex, that boasts of tennis courts, skateboard park, running track, fitness center, and a small lake that you can fish in. Guest passes can be purchased on a daily basis.
UltraStar Multi-tainment Center was built in November 2012 at Ak-Chin Circle (next to Casino) in Maricopa. The 170,000 sq ft. complex features everything an entertainment junkie would want. Cinema with 3D capabilities and D-BOX motion seats to Play ‘n Win Game Center, redemption arcade for all ages, an advanced 24-lane bowling center and casual restaurants to choose from.
For the sports lover in you, the Phoenix area offers teams from the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL. In the Spring you can catch the Cactus League spring training baseball games.

Fantastic house in Maricopa. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, and clean bathrooms with great water pressure (you would be surprised how often this is not the case). The backyard and pool is a great oasis that is very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts are quick to respond and provided good information about the Maricopa and surrounding areas. The pool (warm) and patio area are comfortable and well maintained. Nice view of the Phoenix mountains. Located close to grocery stores etc. Residential quiet area. There are bikes, coolers etc for your use. Plenty of square footage. Well stocked with towels, laundry detergent and the basics. This is a pet friendly rental, there is an odor throughout the home. Not sure if it is a pet smell or something else. Horrible— No but it’s worth mentioning.

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a good location for easy accessibility to shopping, restaurants and the sports complex. The pool was a great amenity that we used everyday. The owners were extremely helpful and provided great information about the area that we appreciated. It was a great house for our family plus our older dog and would recommend it to others.

Room for everybody!

Tom and Carol's home is very clean and exactly what the pictures show. It is in an excellent location with restaurants and shopping close by. The neighborhood is quiet and the back yard is like an oasis. We enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Happy Thanksgiving

We traveled from cold Nebraska to sunny Arizona with family to meet up with more family from Colorado! Carol was an awesome host even with a slight wrinkle when we arrived, she was so helpful and made sure we were happy! The kids loved the pool and the Foosball table! We had plenty of room for 10 of us plus the rest who came just for turkey dinner!

Tom and I purchased this house in April 2018. This is our 2nd home in Maricopa. We love this area of Arizona and are just minutes away if something goes wrong. We had vacationed in Arizona several times and every time we have rented someone's home. When this house became available, we saw our chance to let others enjoy the same benefits that we have in the past.

Why they chose this property

This house had everything in it that we wanted. We especially fell in love with the backyard. The view of the Mountains is gorgeous - and there is a field behind the house - so we shouldn't have to worry about anyone building behind us.

What makes this property unique

This house is in great location - within walking distance to some of the main restaurants, shopping. The backyard is paradise on its own. Make sure you enjoy at least one sunset from the backyard while you are here.
