this property was so relaxing with the heated pool water and lovely patio area, even with warm weather, it was very pleasant. The barbecue was great and the outside sitting area was very comfortable. Definitely an excellent choice to be with family.

Great Place for Family to Gather

The neighborhood was quiet, the house was great and the backyard was the focal point for our Maricopa-family gatherings. We spent most of our time outside in the spacious and beautiful surroundings using the pool, the hot tub and the outdoor TV. We really enjoyed our stay. We only book with Premier Hosts and Carl was top-notch. He responded quickly whenever we reached out to him. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The only slight negative would be the location is about 30 minutes south of the phoenix/Scottsdale area. Restaurants are not very convenient, but if you are cooking the outdoor grill was great.

AMAZING!

This is a great clean spacious home with the most amazing backyard! We wanted a fun place to stay outside of the city. We drove in to see lots of MLB spring training games, backyard fun, botanical gardens and drove to Tombstone. Something fun for everyone! We will definitely be back! Carl was so easy to work with, great communication and helped answer all our questions.

amazing stay

Lets start with the backyard. Hello it was amazing. The pool is huge. I wish the weather was a little nicer so the pool was useable. But not the owners fault. Awesome Hot tub. The house itself was great. Big enough for a family. The owner Carl was great. communication was fabulous. The neighbor just beware of the Golf balls. remember it is a putting green not a driving range. My Nephews got a little excited as they are big fans of golf and very strong. Overall it was amazing. we will Definity be back to rent next year,

Love the location! We could walk to downtown shopping and the Crescent Hotel. Very clean and quiet. Also liked that there was parking behind the house. Enjoyed our stay and it was nice to sit on the balcony and people watch or read a book!
