Our stunning home is centrally located between the towns of Sag Harbor and East Hampton and a 5 minute drive to Main Beach. You won't feel like you are in a rental in this tastefully decorated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home that boasts designer furniture, a working fireplace with art and books throughout. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and the sun room all contribute to the open, bright feel of the living area. The kitchen is oversized and clean with a farmhouse sink, large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. A vibrant and comfortable sun room with open views of the pool is the perfect spot for having drinks, reading books and listening to music. Outside you have a professionally landscaped oasis with an abundance of blooming flowers and open green grass. Guests will love swimming in the full-sun oversized heated pool and enjoying the outdoor shower, fireplace, and grill in complete privacy. There is also an outdoor ping pong table! It’s truly the perfect home to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a calm and relaxing escape.

The smaller details: All linens are clean, soft and high quality. New luxurious Loom + Leaf mattresses on all beds. Serena and Lily Beach Towels. All-Clad cookware. Menu New Norm dishes. Bath toiletries provided along with other home necessities. Central A/C with thermostat control on both floors.

First Floor: Kitchen, Dining Room, Guest Half Bathroom, Living Room, Sunroom, Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet

Second Floor: Two Bedrooms, one with King bed and one with Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub and double sinks.

Basement: laundry room and playroom for kids!

We want everyone to be super comfortable in our home and have kept that in mind with every decorating decision. You will truly feel at home here.

Additional Fees: there is a $75 per day pool heating fee. Just let me know how many days you would like to use it and I will add it to the reservation.

Perfect weekend getaway

The property is just as beautiful in real life as the photos! We enjoyed having an open kitchen to cook dinner in for our group and a large common area where we could play games and hang out. The property has a secluded/country feel when you are in the house, while still being very close to town with easy access to get to nearby attractions. The house is very well decorated and has many artful touches. Thank you for the hospitality.

Picture Perfect Retreat!

The house is even more beautiful than the photos depict. The home owners have spared no expense in making this Hamptons home feel like a five-star resort. From the luxurious toiletries to the lush towels, the comfortable mattresses and super-soft linens - all of it makes you feel like you are home immediately. It is a book and art lovers dream - as we spent hours reading in the cheery sunroom. No vacation is truly an escape without a pool for our family and this home has a beautifully landscaped yard with a chic pool and patio. Lots of rosé and raft races were had! We will be back again next summer and are grateful for the chance to enjoy such a picture perfect home away from home!

My husband and I purchased our East Hampton home because we wanted a retreat from NYC during the weekends and summer. We truly love our home and have spent so much time and effort renovating and decorating it to make it the perfect home for all that come to stay there! I'm an attorney and my husband an art dealer (hence all the beautiful art and books!). We have an amazing 11 year old son that loves it there as well.
