Our stunning home is centrally located between the towns of Sag Harbor and East Hampton and a 5 minute drive to Main Beach. You won't feel like you are in a rental in this tastefully decorated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home that boasts designer furniture, a working fireplace with art and books throughout. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and the sun room all contribute to the open, bright feel of the living area. The kitchen is oversized and clean with a farmhouse sink, large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. A vibrant and comfortable sun room with open views of the pool is the perfect spot for having drinks, reading books and listening to music. Outside you have a professionally landscaped oasis with an abundance of blooming flowers and open green grass. Guests will love swimming in the full-sun oversized heated pool and enjoying the outdoor shower, fireplace, and grill in complete privacy. There is also an outdoor ping pong table! It’s truly the perfect home to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a calm and relaxing escape.

First Floor: Kitchen, Dining Room, Guest Half Bathroom, Living Room, Sunroom, Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet

Second Floor: Two Bedrooms, one with King bed and one with Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub and double sinks.

Basement: laundry room and playroom for kids!

Additional Fees: there is a $75 per day pool heating fee. Just let me know how many days you would like to use it and I will add it to the reservation.
