About this property
Access to all the Hamptons has to offer
You will recharge your batteries in the incredible light filled contemporary ranch with 20' cathedral ceilings and 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms.
The sun drenched mahogany deck off of the great room leading to lush manicured acre yard is ideal for sun bathing, catching up on your reading or enjoying your morning coffee. Just a few steps away is the privacy of the secluded oversized gunite pool with diving board. The outdoor shower enclosure provides a calming post-beach shower under the blue skies as preparation for cocktail hour and a beautiful dinner on the outdoor deck.
The rear yard is ideal for your family barbeque or for entertaining family and friends, not to mention a restful respite from the daily rigors of life.
Get up and enjoy a coffee and a famous ginger scone at Tate's Bake Shop in Southampton, or spend the day shopping in the quaint and beautiful Sag Harbor. Take a short ride to the Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaopnack or to Montauk for a sunset drink and some live music at the Montaukette and have a lobster roll at Duryea's.
You might stop at the Bell & Anchor in Noyac for a great meal and a lively bar crowd or if you crave a NY quality steak dinner, Bobby Van's is a short ride away in Bridghampton (ask for the Hendrix Martini with the cucumber slice for a real treat). You might prefer dinner under the stars on the back deck of Beacon in Sag Harbor, and you can go to Big Olaf's for a their world renowned waffle cone with one of the 3 dozen or so flavored ice creams.... a Hampton's must. There are so many great dining spots that you are certain to find something to please any mood and palate.
The central location of this house provides easy access to to all that the Hamptons have to offer: fine dining, all kinds of shopping, great people watching and of course the renowned pristine beaches.
Pls feel free to contact me if you have any other questions about our home, or the area, and I hope that you take full advantage of a stay with us in this really special place.
Sincerely,
Vincent
